Durlan swipes at the Giant Lizard with his glaive and plunging it into its side. Three lunges and attacks the Giant Lizard at almost the same time, with two deadly blows to its head. After the first hit, the Giant Lizard wobbles a little bit, then starts to fall to the ground with a solid thud. Three clobbers its head once more to ensure that the Giant Lizard does not get back up. Rivon quickly slips away from the Big Trog (Doesn't have to use Cunning Action because he's Blind), and hides behind Thistle pulling a flask out of his pack and drinks it; Rivon looks a little better than he previously did. Thistle rushes over to attack the Big Trog, on his way there casting a spell on his sword making it glow red hot, then saying a brief prayer to his Deity, he then slashes at the Big Trog slicing its stomach, the smell of roasting Trog flesh in the air. He again slashes at the Big Trog, cutting leaving a gaping gash along its chest.
Big Trog CON Save: 16 (if the save fails Fire Damage: 5).
The Big Trog then smelling its opponent next to it lunges out trying to scratch and bite its enemy (Thistle).
The Big Trog, feeling where Thistle's strikes are coming from, lunges in his direction, missing with his first two attacks, but getting lucky with a bite on Thistle's arm as he knocks away the Big Trog's second attack.

Three pauses for just a few moments, seeming to consider taking one more swing just to be triply sure the Giant Lizard was well and truly dead. Yet if she hears the others still dealing with the Biggest Trog, then she'd looking sharply back and forth between lizard corpse and trog a couple of times. "Don't you go anywhere!" She warns the corpse, before rushing over to the Trog(if there's room/if it yet lived).
The moment she got within Tom'ing range, the maul is immediately swept into tight swings meant to break arms, or with a switch up of the grip as a moment presents itself, shatter the Trog's rib cage.
Taman blasts the Big Trog with an icy ray, taking a small chunk out of its side as the ice blasts through its skin. Durlan then rushes up, slices its head off with his glaive. Three, pausing to look at the Giant Lizard to make sure it's dead, misses the Big Trog's head dropping to the floor behind it, the body still standing, Three rushes over, slamming Tom into its shoulder, then slamming the top of Tom right into its rib cage, knocking the dead Trog into the wall, before it flops to the ground with a solid thud. Blood splattering on anyone within 10 feet of it.

Though breathing a little heavily from that last exertion, Three is quick to recover and swing Tom about so the haft rested against her shoulders. "And that takes cares of that! But boy was that last one a big'gun! Must've been their like, I dunno, Champion, I guess?" She canted her head pondering a moment, only to shudder and as her tail shrunk back to normal. While adjusting her pants a thought finally hits, and prompts a snap of the fingers.
"Yea! That makes sense! And then the giant lizard was like their King! Heh! Silly trogs." Threeshakes her head with a smile of amusement, then turns her attention back on the Lizard. "Welp! At least we shouldn't have to worry about rations for a couple more days. Might take me a bit though, so ya'll might wanna get comfy. Maybe have a look around too. Hey Riv? Ya got hunting knife or a dagger I can use?" She'd ask, but would make do with what she had to start the long process of turning the Giant Lizard first into a more manageable future rations.
Three settles down after the fight to try and ration out the Giant Lizard, after about an hour she is able to only get about 2 days portions for each of the party members, except one (Three's choice). Three really wished that Rivon knew how to keep his small knife sharp. Rivon, meanwhile is scoping the area for any goodies.
The chamber is strewn with trophies, including skulls, bones, hides, and weapons of defeated foes (although very much in need of repair). Amid the mess, a small square of black silk hides a ruby worth 300 gp. In the corner, near a pile of very smelly animal hides, sits a battered wooden chest with leather straps. Rivon of course inspects it, and not finding any traps, looks inside and finds 1,500 sp.

Rivon brings the ruby and the coin to Three for safe keeping. He takes his knife back and promptly cuts his thumb testing what seems to be a perfectly sharp edge.
Three opts to take the lesser of proportions(ie. 0) this time around, and offers the rest for the others to collect. After all, there was still a dragon down below with her name on it! But if there was at least some tiny strap of meat stuck to some of the bones, she'd spend the next little while trying to chew up that while the others collected their share, or finished collecting themselves from the a short rest. It took her an extra moment. But after taking it to lick clean her hands and even the knife, she hands it back to Rivon in exchange for the coin and cloth.
"Hoi boy. Start'n to get a bit hefty! At this rate, we might really have to start adding stuff to the Orc head bag. But uh... hmmmm.... Oh! I think that's about it here, huh? But, there's still that other wall door thing across the river to check out next, if anybody wanna? Might be more treasure 'n stuff!"
(OOC - @everyone: Anyone that wish to may add 2 rations to their sheet. @Balar: Also safe to assume that everyone but Three would've had a chance to take a short rest while she was making 'rations'?)

Along the western edge of the cavern is a passageway leading off into another area. This passage has been blocked with a crude plug of mud and wattle. (Trog Area)
Along the eastern edge of the pool is a short passage that looks as if it has been blocked up with loose rubble and mud, creating a rough stone wall 10 feet across. (Unexplored))
It might take Three a half a minute, but eventually she picks up on Rivon's quick departure. "Uh oh! Uh... after Mr. Rivers then!"With that, she chucks her bone aside, grabs her things, and hurried back out the center area to pick up whatever amounted to a trail to follow RIvon, if not just through dumb luck.
