"Huh?"Three perks up and regards Taman. Seeing him point to the northwest and presuming them to be orders more than a suggestion, the chimera happily heads for the northwestern path, leaping over whatever stream or river happened to be in the way if need be, so long at wasn't more than ten or so feet at a glance. If it comes to that though, she'd stop and make sure others are able to make the same journey(backing away as necessary for room), before continuing to lead the exploration along the path.
Is everyone following Three?

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rivon follows Three. When it comes to leaping over the stream, he secures his Helm of Amazingness and makes a jump for it.
Athletics: 6.
As he splashes into the stream, he darts around momentarily, looking for shiny treasure, then he quickly rises to the surface like a (very small) breaching whale and thrashes up to the shore. Without missing a beat, he nods for Three to continue.
Your little group checks out the cavern system and wander around for about an hour, not finding anything but a long semi-winding cave, and more tracks by the waterside.

"What's a beholder? No, wait! Are we beholders? 'cause like, we are beholding these tracks?"Three asked seeming genuinely interested in knowing the answer. That, and perhaps by this point she's a touch bored after an hour of nothing but tracks. Which if by that point the group were back where they started for the most part, Three has this to add: "Well, that was, uh... something! No Dragon yet, though. So, uh... shall we try the bridge next? Usually those mean buildings are up ahead. And where there's buidings, there's bound to be at least some treasure!"

"Beholders fly." Taman corrects with a distracted glance around. "Ok, let's try the bridge next then." he agrees with Three.
Rivon nods sagely, as though he clearly knew that. Noticing the others heading toward the bridge, he drops the issue of the tracks, rather than fabricating an excuse for his total misread of the situation.
"Eyy~ Not quite some dwarf house, but a point of egress all the same. Let's keep going! Being keep your eyes peeled guys. There's still that rascally dragon a foot. And where's there's water, tehre's, uh..."Three scratches her head for a few moments there. "What was it she said 'bout where it is? .... Huh! Can't remember. But! Keep your eyes open and ears... also open!" With that bit of encouragement delivered to all, Three cheerfully marches for the second bridge with every intent of crossing it without much visible concern in the world despite prior warnings to others.

"Hold up there Three." Taman calls out, hopefully stopping them from crossing. "That bridge does not look safe." He advises the group as a whole. He shows them how some of the stones are not fitting together right and the strange pitted look of all of the stonework.
Three halted immediately as she was want to do in response to commands from most of the part. Once things are explained to her, she grins and tries to pet Taman on the head. "Good eyes on ya! I might've plum fell through."She said with a giggle towards the end. After a quick look around for any point in the cave wall in which she might be able to climb across that way(with the ceiling being a non-starter, sadly), the chimera frowns and looks back to Taman and the rest. "So like, I don't see much other way over. So, do we like go... one at a time I guess? Or... Oh oh! Do you guys think you can fix it with magic?"

"I would suggest that we use a rope and send the lighter weight members of the group over first, one at a time." Taman speaks up as he evades Three's attempt to pat his head. "That way we can help anyone if the bridge does fall."

Rivon does some quick calculations. "Uhh, do you mean lighter in terms of pounds, or kilograms?"
Rivon also noticed the bridge was precarious and was showing some pitting (but didn't say anything as he was out running errands all bloody day.)
"Is the pitting natural erosion, or some kind of acid?"
He looks closer to see if he can tell what the issues are with the bridge and whether it looks safe to cross single-file, etc.
Perception: 20
Investigation: 10
After a quick investigation, Rivon does realize that the pitting, definitely does not look natural. He can also tell that it would not be wise to cross over as a group.

"That bridge is a death trap. We'll need to cross single-file for sure. Let's see if we can make it a wee bit safer first."
Rivon pulls out his grappling hook and 50' of rope and ties them together. He'll attempt to secure the hook to something stable on the far side of the bridge. Throwing the hook if possible, rigging it to an arrow if necessary, and borrowing rope from others if the distance is too great.
(OOC: The idea here would be to use the grappling hook to secure the rope on the far side, and a piton driven in with a hammer to secure it on this side. If he can get this rigged up, he'll volunteer to cross first and make the far side more secure so the others can tether themselves to the line and cross safely.)

Rivon looks at Thistle, but realizes his chain armor is a liability for work like this.
"I can cross and take a rope. If we anchor it at both sides, it should make crossing a little safer. I could probably walk across the bridge, but honestly it might be safer and quieter for me to swim. Anyone else have a better idea?"
Rivon starts to tie the rope around his waist and makes sure the other end is tied to a driven piton.
Three at the question steps up to the edge ledge for a better look at the river, studies the flow for a moment, before then looking back to the halfling. "I dunno. Swimming might be a pretty bad idea too. Whatever made those tracks seem to like the water and could be in it, I think? Plus! What if you carried away?" She gasps sharply at the admission, then shook her head rapidly.
"Nonono. No swimming. Not yet. I'll cross first with some rope and act as anchor. And then, uh.... uhmm... O-one by one the rest of you cross using the rope as a guide. That way if it collapses, I can reel whoever's crossing to me." With that, Three walks over to Rivon and holds her hand out for the rope with a mixture determination and nervousness playing on her face.
