Tempest looks around again, then, keeping her voice low, says... "The scarred one is going to help us escape." She says in a low tone. "He is going to arrange to deliver our food himself. Then he will leave the cell door unlocked, and arrange for a distraction during the guard change. We are NOT to move until it happens. He said we will know when to move. Our gear and the guard's extra gear is in the armory up above the guard station watching our cell. He said we can escape by jumping down to the spiderwebs, and then into the pool. From there, we are on our own." She specificly watches the drow imprisoned with them for any reaction and would have tried to keep her voice quiet enough not to be overheard by him, only telling those closest to her. "Spread the word to the others you trust to keep this quiet..."

Don sits against the wall and looks over the other prisoner as Tempest answers Gad. He will pay close attention to their reactions to see if any of them seem like they might try and hinder the plan.

Egret will lean in close to Tempest, "Magic stops at the cell door, once we're out, we're free to cast."

To Don with a concerned look, "Are you feeling alright? There's no weather here."

Gadvelt lets out a long breath Have you thought this could be a trap - Jorlan looks good catching us? Into the spiderwebs doesn't sound fun either. Still, maybe our best chance anyway, if we are ready to counter surprise. Does he know about our chains?

"So there isn't, Egret, so there isn't." Don quietly says, "There's always that chance, Gadvelt. Even so, it seems like the best opportunity we have. I didn't tell him we could remove the chains, so if he's planning to betray us we'll still have a card up our sleeves." Don glances around warily. "If we're going to do this we'll need a plan. Once Jorlan unlocks the doors we should waste no time unlocking everyone's shackles, but leave them so they look like they're still on, just in case. When the time comes we should make straight for the armory to retrieve our gear or arm ourselves from what the drow have. The stories I've heard of the underdark... we'll want to be armed and armored. Once we have our gear secured, straight over the ledge. Keep a blade or flame handy, to free yourselves from the spider's webs. I hope everyone knows how to swim!"

Pretty much anyone but the Drow would be just fine.

(Ok, the myconid, the quaggoth, the kuo-toa, the 2 twin gnomes, and the drow don't speak common anyway. We'll say Buppido, Eldeth, and Jimjar were there; skuk, up to you about Ront.)

Of course Ront leans in, afraid of being left out. But he is kind of crude, with a harsh whisper How'd you buy that then? And looks suspiciously at the Undercommon speakers

Jimjar grins wide, glances warily back at the other prisoners and whispers, "This should be fun! I'll take bets on who of them make it and who doesn't. Any reasonable bet accepted." he looks at you all, eyes wide, hoping someone will take him up on a bet. "Once we're out of here I can lead you to Blingdenstone, if you need a friendly down here in the Underdark."

Noticing Tempest was trying to be exclusive You know we don't win without all of us, right? Sarith for example knows more than any. And to Eldeth Do you know how to get Stool to do the spore trick? We will need some communicatin' 

Eldeth nods. Yeah, hang on. She looks over at the myconid for a minute. It gets up, and walks over to the group. After a few seconds, you all hear in your mind: hey everybody...I'm Stool

You can now speak to each other telepathically, and anyone else Stool shares spores with. You don't have to share a language.

Don spins around trying to find where the voice is coming from before realizing what's going on. Replying telepathically "This... this is incredible! Nice to meet you Stool. Nice to meet you indeed!"

Manju - With a more than suspicious look on his face Manju will respond to Stool "I am Manju... celebrity and performer extraordinaire."

Egret will look at the myconid suslociously a moment, "Why've we been whispering this while time?"

"Well that makes communication at least much easier."  Tempest says with a nod to the others.  "Thank you for trusting us with this..." She tells the one who allowed for this communication.  She then goes back over the details again, just in case someone missed anything in the whispered conversation before.

Gadvelt will add his introduction to Stool, and think Thank you, we will do our best to get you out and safe. Who are we sharing thoughts with so far? And is it always sent to all or can we decide who to talk to?

And continuing on with plans in this new special way Egret, with your investigation, can you tell if the pipe you blessed was ever actually blessed?

I think I should give it to Ront, for goodwill if he wants it - I'll use chains as improvised weapons. Manju should pass it on you seem to have good report.

When we get to the tower, I wonder if  we could cut the bridges - from the far end would be awesome. Maybe swinging down they could take out some webs.Tempest could  blast, or someone could do some acrobatics.

"I'm not certain it was blessed, I think it was, but its hard to tell in here. In any case, once we're out of the cell, I should be able to bless it, or any other single weapon we have then. Once we're out, do we want to try and just sneak in grab our gear and jump, or do we want to take time to gear up and risk having to fight our way out?"
