Lunging forward with his own glowing weapon, Gerrard attacks the undead half-orc, trying a spiraling slash with his rapier that threatens to disarm the creature of its longsword as it is distracted. He then follows up with a quick stab from his main gauche before he drops into a more defensive posture.
Disarming attack with advantage: Attack: 20 Damage: 13 DC 14 Strength to avoid being disarmed.
Main Gauche Attack: Attack: 21 Damage: 5

Gerrard Feldren - Human Noble in Ghosts of Saltmarsh
Kerric Brightblade - Elven Warrior in "Apocalypse"
Taking advantage of Trill's distraction, Gerrard makes a masterful attack on the undead orc, tearing a large gash in its leathery tissue. Disarming save: 18
The creature manages to hold onto its foul longsword, nearly torn from its grip. Gerrard's second attack with his main gauche connects just as effectively as the first, but his blade slides off his tough hide with no damage whatsoever.
Hearing the commotion from above, Oceanus pulls out his new trident and leaps sideways through the narrow slot, gripping the rope with one arm and using his momentum to lunge at one of the giant skeletons. Athletics: 7
Trident Attack: 20 Piercing Damage: 5
He lands sloppily, but manages to break a couple of minor ribs of one of the skeletons with his tridents. These skeletons are huge - perhaps ten or twelve feet tall - and their bones are thick, as are their massive clubs.
Bjorn, taking a cue from Trill, circles and harasses the undead orc, granting advantage to the next melee attack against it.

Peri:
The undead creatures arise and Peri sees that Dwal is in danger of being trapped between the orc and a giant skeleton. He charges the skeleton, thrusting his spear at the rotting hulk. 15 for 7 damage.
He interposed himself between the skeleton and the dwarf. Nervous, as he's only practiced the technique in the inn's stableyard, he channels his Ki and assumes the Patient Defense stance, anticipating the giant's attack. (Bonus Action = Dodge)

Peri steps forward and slams his spear up into the massive skeleton, partially cracking its pelvis. Although he and Oceanus have dished out some serious damage already, this thing is clearly tough.
It swings its massive greatclub at Peri. Attack: 8. Bludgeoning damage: 15
It misses the halfling completely. The other skeleton steps forward and swings at Gerrard:
Greatclub attack: 9. Bludgeoning damage: 16
Gerrard effectively dodges its swing. (OOC: That shouldn't have been at disadvantage, but it missed either way.)
((I'm confused by the combatants on the map. Who is standing to the left of Gerrard and above Dwal? I had thought it was Oceanus, but I assume he is the one below Dwal.))

Kei
The sound of battle echoes up from the goblins hole. He jumps into action and slides down the rope into the ruins. Acrobatics 6.
Taking in the scene he focuses on the Orc. "Alive you were, but undead now. You fight like a sheep and smell like a cow"he unleashes a furious insult at the undead orc.
Damage 9 (DC13 wis save for half and no Fear reaction)
((With a roll like that, he'll be lucky to make it down the rope without getting tangled))
Kei awkwardly slides down the rope, burning his fingers and landing on his back. Springing up, he unleashes a barrage of psychic insults on the dead orc. Wisdom Saving Throw: 6
It works. Wincing, the creature leaps behind the giant skeleton and scrambles toward the other end of the room, near Toktok. Gerrard, Dwal, and Peri each get an opportunity attack. (We'll use Dwal's attack, above, as his opportunity attack.)
Dwal's hammer connects with the fleeing monster. However, the massive blow simply bounces off it, doing no damage.
Gerrard and Peri may also get an opportunity attack on the undead orc. Dwal may act again, and Trill may also act.
He is pleased and a little surprised that this new defensive stance worked so well in avoiding the skeleton's attack. Out of the corner of his eye he sees the undead orc turn to flee and instinctively reverses the spear to stab at its back. 11 for 12 damage
The owl effortlessly takes flight from its perch. Flying this time towards the giant skeleton that is closest to Peri. Dive bombing the head of the unliving humanoid before turning back towards its perch.

Peri's opportunity attack fails to connect with the fleeing creature, but Gerrard's does not. His glowing blade slashes another deep wound into the foul corpse's neck and back. It is barely holding together at this point.
With a command word, Dwal conjures an electric lash which wraps around the creature's neck. It tears at the electric force - Strength save: 20
...and manages to quickly free itself.
Trill begins to squawk and circle the giant skeleton near Peri, Dwal, and Oceanus (granting advantage to the first close-range attack on it.)
The undead orc rasps something in (presumably) Orc as it grips its filthy longsword with both hands and advances toward Kei. At its command, the corpse of Toktok rises, no sign of life in its eyes.
The undead orc takes two massive, double-handed slashes at Kei with its sword:

Peri:
Frustrated at missing the fleeing orc but unable to pursue without opening himself to the giant's attack, Peri lashes out furiously with a spear thrust to the skeleton's neck (26 for 8 damage) (EDIT to add 1 damage from the critical hit) and follows it with a kick to the giant's shin, hoping the brittle bones might snap (15 for 6 damage).
((After I edited this to add the critical damage, it rerolled my unarmed strike for some reason. Original roll was a 19+5))

Gerrard:
Seeing Kei take two massive hits, Gerrard steps to the northeast and swings his magic rapier at the undead orc, taking an action surge to swing again. If either attack hits, he will use his disarm ability to try and relieve the creature of its nasty weapon! Since the weapon did no damage to the orc last time, Gerrard uses his Main Gauche on the big skeleton nearby.
Attack with Magic Rapier: Attack: 16 Damage: 11
Action Surge Attack with Magic Rapier: Attack: 8 Damage: 7
DC 14 Strength save with added damage: 5
Main Gauche Bonus Attack versus Skeleton: Attack: 26 Damage: 12

Peri smashes additional bones in the massive skeleton with his spear, and does even more damage with a massive kick to its leg - breaking its thick knee nearly through.
Gerrard steps between the other giant skeleton and the undead orc. He slashes his glowing blade twice - the first swing is stopped by the creature's leather armor, but the second goes clean through its foul face. It's green eyes go dim as it collapses to the floor, its rusty blade clattering to the ground next to it. As it does, the animated form of Toktok similarly collapses where it stood. Two down.
Spinning, Gerrard swings his other blade at the massive skeleton, but in his haste he missing completely, catching only dusty air.
Meanwhile, Oceanus grips his trident with both hands and lunges at the damaged skeleton. Attack: 18. Piercing Damage: 6
Ribs fly off, and trident cracks spine. It's barely standing.
Bjorn begins to harass the undamaged skeleton next to Gerrard and Kei (giving advantage to the next melee attack against it.)
The damaged skeleton swings its massive club at Oceanus: Attack: 15 Bludgeoning damage: 11
It connects with Oceanus' shoulder. He yelps in pain.
The other skeleton swings at Gerrard. Attack: 11 Bludgeoning damage: 16
Gerrard parries.6
Gerrard's parry effectively neutralizes the creature's massive swing, but it was very close.
Everyone may act, starting with Kei (and Trill) and Dwal. (Reminder: Advantage on first melee attack on the undamaged skeleton.)
The magic missiles sear bits off the undead orc. You have its full attention now.
It unsheathes a filthy longsword and makes a shockingly fast thrust at Dwal.
Longsword attack: 12. Slashing damage: 4
"Join me," it creaks, and reaches out with its free arm to grab Dwal.
Attack: 13. Necrotic damage: 7
Dwal blocks both attempts. Tril flaps and squawks, circling the dead orc.
Everyone else except Kei may go next. The next one to attack the orc may have advantage, due to Trill's distraction.

Dwal
Dwal will heft his warhammer and strike at the undead orc:
Hit: 18
Damage: 3
(Sorry, here's the token key. The map we're working on is quite low-res, sorry.)
And the baddies:

Longsword attack #1: 24. Slashing damage: 11
Longsword attack #2: 23. Slashing damage: 10
Dead Toktok initiative: -1
Both blades connect with Kei, cutting him deeply across the arms and chest.
Gerrard, Bjorn, and Peri may act next.
