Do I recognize the symbol on the tattoo guy? Or are they just generic eyes?

Sol: You recognize that the eye tattoos mark the man as a member of the Xanathar Guild. Not an official guild, it's the name of a crime organization that operates in Waterdeep. It's said that "Xanathar's eyes are everywhere."

You are all at your table in the north west of the tavern. The fight is taking place in the south east corner, and the fighters are surrounded by drunken spectators.

(OOC: Each square is 5 ft.)

Sol: With your newfound knowledge about some of the combatants, will you join the rest of the party in the fight? If so, roll for initiative.

You can't see the fight because of the surrounding crowd, but you hear the Half-Orc yell; "Not as much fun as I'm gonna have killin' you!"

You all hear a sickening crack and you assume her fist connected with her opponent's jaw.

Sol, you're up.

I cast Mage Armor,  and move 30ft directly to the right of the map. Also, can we assume that I had already cast my find familiar as a ritual?  He is a fae bat and is my only friend in the world.

Sol: Sure, let's say you cast find familiar before you came to the Yawning Portal and you arrived bat in tow.  That being the case, roll initiative for your bat. What's his or her name?

 Sol: Your body momentarily shimmers with the glowing light of Mage Armor and you head to the east of the tavern.

In the center of the crowd, the tattooed human swings on the Half-Orc.

Attack: 19 Damage: 2

His punch lands square between her eyes, making a little blood come from her nose. She smiles.

The other humans are currently keeping their distance from the combatants, but they're shouting insults and encouragement.

"Get her!!"

"Take her head off!!"

"He's gonna rearrange your ugly face!"

Everyone in the fight is armed; but despite all the hatred, no one has drawn their weapon.

Dewey, you're up.

I use my feline agility to move 60 feet to the southern end of the room as close to the brawl as I can get.  

Then I throw my javelin at the human attacking the Half-Orc.  I aim for his big human butt, trying to wound but not kill him.

 Dewey: You very nimbly make your way south, leaping over chairs and off tables. When you make it to the crowd, you find you can't proceed any further. (OOC: The shaded out spectators are difficult terrain.)

You pull out your javelin and flip it around before throwing it. The blunt end of the javelin lands directly in the Human's ass, causing him to yelp in surprise and pain. This makes the Half-Orc bust up laughing, "You goosed him! I like you, little kitty!"

The other Humans turn their attention to you, they do not seem to be as happy with your interference.

Randy heads South after Dewey as far as he can go.
