Kotog You chew a shaving of licorice root and breath a strange mist on Radar, giving him Haste. He now has a +2 to AC, advantage on dex saves, and an additional action on each turn for the next minute.
Surge effect — 86
Gnolls The 3 normal-looking gnolls charge forward and attack the orc party on both sides. Two of the gnolls miss, careful to keep their heads on their bodies. One of them lands his spear into Radar’s arm, very close to vital organs, dealing 16 damage due to the orcs’ vulnerability.
Tarth You conjure many drops out water, which float up from your tome and come together, hardening in your grip. You throw your pure ice knife at the pack leader, hitting him in the chest for 3 damage. The leader stumbles back for a second and almost falls down, before jumping back up and laughing at your measly spell. As you hear the hyena-like chuckle from the gnoll leader, your ice knife shatters. The pack leader, the Flesh Gnawer, and one of the hunters each attempt to react to the flying shards.
The leader and the gnawer see the shards flying and duck, effectively escaping the damage that would follow. The Hunter does not react quick enough and attempts to block it with his arms, taking 11 ice damage.
Surge effect — 98
Radar You charge at the pack leader, stopping 10ft away (total of 20ft). You attack the Pack Leader with your glaive several times, hitting him the first couple of times, but he blocks the third and final blow. You dealt a total of 48 damage. You knock this gnoll leader down where he stands. He’s not dead, but he’s very ******* hurt.
Flesh Gnawer The Flesh Gnawer snaps at you all, and runs past Radar grinning at the big feast ahead of him. The Gnawer stops 5ft away from Tanwar and attempts to bite him. He then tries to swing at Tarth, then Tanwar.
The Gnawer acts a little too quickly, missing Tanwar with the bite, but slows down enough to hit both of his targets with his sword. As he stabs them, he deals 12 damage to Tarth and 14 damage to Tanwar.
Hunters One of the hunters yelps as he feels that sudden rush of cold, then howls. The hunters shoot at Norak and Kotog, seeing them in the back of the group.
Norak is hit by one of the arrows, taking 6 damage, but dodges the second. His speed is reduced by 10ft until the end of his next turn. Kotog manages to evade both arrows.
Tanwar You call forth spirit guardians, which appear somewhat like fiendish orcs. They attack the 3 gnolls surrounding the majority of the party.
Two of them fail to fend off the spirits, each taking 16 damage. The second gnoll passes, only taking 8 damage and redirecting the rest of the attack into the sand.
Surge effect — 44
Norak Norak summons a Healing Spirit in the form of a chained fey slave to heal him and his allies and counteract their vulnerability. A thin translucent chained fey materializes basically on top of Tarth. The creature looks terrified and badly treated but follows the commands of it's master.
Following up the summoning, Norak summons fleas to infest the fur of the gnoll hunter that attacked him. The fleas bite and pick at it, hidden deep inside the gnoll’s fur. It yelps out several times and starts scratching all over the place. It moves north, 5ft away from the fight, as it takes 5 poison damage.
Pack Leader The pack leader swings his own glaive at Radar, but is too injured to go through with his attacks. He calls to one of his hunters in the language of Gnolls, and the hunter moves to Radar and bites into his arm, dealing 12 damage.
Magic Surge Results Kotog, as soon as you cast Haste, you disappear. Only you see where you are. Your spell has overwhelmed you and sent you to the Astral Plane until the end of your next turn.
Tarth, when you throw your ice knife, you begin hearing a faint, serene—almost ethereal—music. Maybe this is the sound you hear after life.
Tanwar, when you summon the spirit guardians, you feel a power within you. For the next minute, you can use your bonus action to teleport to a spot you can see within 20ft of you.
Norak, as the chained fey forms, it shoots you a nasty look. From the others’ perspectives, your eyes have gone fully black. You are not receiving an omen from your gods. You are seeing your worst nightmare come to life. You are frightened of Tanwar for the next minute.
Others You all feel a sudden relief as the vulnerability curse is lifted from you. You no longer take double piercing damage.
Radar has been reduced to 0 hit points and is now down, unless he has a feature that allows him one more action.

Kotog As you keep your calm, you look around the astral plane and see a variety of creatures you would NEVER see in your world. Some are flying. Some, who have tentacles over their mouths, are being attacked by strange greenish creatures with spears. You sense that your moment in this plane is coming to an end and you hover your hand above your staff, igniting it with a green flame.
You come back to your original spot in the material plane and see you, along with your friends, surrounded by gnolls. Radar is laying on the ground 25ft away from you, not moving. You see the two canine-like creatures and swing your staff at the head of one. It ducks under the fiery staff and begins laughing at you.
Gnolls The two gnolls next to Kotog begin their attack, thrusting their spears forward.
Attack: 23 Damage: 3 Attack: 18 Damage: 5
The first gnoll stabs you in your side and deals 6 damage, but you manage to maneuver away from the second spear.
Gnoll 3 attacks Tarth. Attack: 7 Damage: 8
Since I forgot the spirit guardians save, any gnoll that dies will have their damage negated. It was supposed to happen first.

Tarth feels bolstered by the healing spirit as beautiful music plays in his head.. Taking a moment to assess the situation, he decides to continue to focus on the Pack Lord. (He is still up right? If not my action will be different, so let me know and I can retcon).
Clutching the book in both hands, he presents it forward shouting another strange word. "Bazuraga!" Two beams of dark read light with streaks of black shadow shoot out of the book, streaming towards the packlord.
EB 1: Attack: 12 Damage: 7
EB 2: Attack: 18 Damage: 6
(For those that are curious, I am translating spell names or portions of them into Punjabi for the Verbal Component. For example, Bazuraga apparently means Eldritch in Punjabi per google translate)

Flesh Gnawer The Flesh Gnawer laughs hysterically before he snaps at Tanwar again. Then, he swings his shortsword at Tarth and Tanwar.
Tanwar saw Norak and Radar ganging up on the Pack Leader. Taking down the alpha of this pack of gnolls certainly was a good battle tactic.
'Gnaw on this!' Tanwar bellowed as he swung his flail at the Flesh Gnawer's head. Action: Attack: 20 Damage: 5
He let the momentum of the flail carry through so he could pin it under his armpit. With his now free hand, Tanwar made a quick gesture along with a quick phrase in Shargaas' name. Right next to the Pack Leader, an orb of shadow materialized out of nothingness before shifting into a skull with a crescent moon jutted through it: the symbol of Shargaas. From the skull's mouth sprang forth a dark tendril like a tongue that lashed out against the Pack Leader. Free action: stow weapon (need to pick up Warcaster later) Bonus Action: cast 2nd level Spiritual Weapon and Attack: 24 Damage: 10 force damage.
Tanwar kept to his position, sending out his Spirit Guardians to keep menacing Gnoll 1, Gnoll 2, Gnoll 3 and the Flesh Gnawer. 'Concentrate your attacks! These mutts will quickly buckle under a coordinated assault!'
The gnoll hunter moves 5ft (1) North.

Okay so, one gnoll is dead. The damage it did to Kotog is negated, so he did not take that 6 damage.
