“Also a good thought.”Kwisatz says, as he starts walking up towards the chimneys that Duncan had spotted “Though I do not know how well we can sneak it. Even Duncan isn’t an expert scout, as he has trouble seeing in the dark like you. He’s simply the first eyes I’ve been able to get in the area.”
"Now that's an idea," says Sael in response to Andrømeda. "We might be able to sneak anyone who may be living out... If we can distract them on one end, and there's any luck that Duncan sees anyone living, perhaps he could guide them to whichever chimney you're at. Andrømeda is biggest. Rush and I could do the distracting, with your's and Duncan's guidance she could do the saving, if there's anyone to save," she finished, talking to Kwis.

“The undead have more to fear from me, than I from them. Don’t worry overmuch, Andromeda. Sael and I can take them.” Rush has another of his odd moments of confidence
“Well... let us not get too ahead of ourselves and see what we can find. I’ll send Duncan down a chimney first, and depending on what he sees perhaps you can lower me down as well. Though... I do not relish the idea of going alone.” Kwisatz says.
Once they reach a chimney he’ll tell Duncan to fly down, and will again look through his eyes/hears to see what he can.

Everyone that is going to attempt to climb the path to get to the top needs to roll a DC10 Athletics check since it's uneven and steep, rocky terrain in some places as you go. We can consider this another extended test. Every time you have to roll, it takes your character an extra 30 minutes to climb.
A 23 is more than enough to account for any increase in the DC, plus carrying Kwiz isn't going to strain Andrømeda too much. lol
The two of you make it to the top in ~30 - 45 minutes.
When you get to the top, you look down the chimney and you can see that it's ~ 30' down (you think? It's hard to tell because it's dark and you're not sure if you're seeing the bottom or not). You could climb down without climbing gear, but you wouldn't be able to get back up without it.
Kwisatz situates himself in a comfortable cross-legged position at the base of the chimey and he nudges Duncan encouragingly. Duncan hops off of Kwisatz's shoulder and dive bombs down the dark sooty hole. Kwiz's eyes glaze over, again, with the cloudy magic covering his pupils and irises making his eyes a creepy white everywhere.
Sael heads back around to the front door, careful to make sure the undead hadn't already broken through, and that Rush's frozen magic held up.
If all is good, she heads over and raps heavily on the door in an attempt to keep their attention to this general area.

Sael Perception: 9
Sael thinks she hears the sounds of shuffling footsteps and possibly metal dangling/clanging against itself on the other side of the door. If she had to guess, there are at least a dozen pairs of feet shuffling around on the other side.
Blinking to readjust to the light Kwisatz looks to Andromeda and says “Below is a room that looks like a barracks. It’s been ransacked. There are doors out from it, but so far no movement. If we wanted to sneak in we could easily do so... “
