“Though I do not believe the dragon is responsible for what has happened here, this is not the first time we’ve encountered undead while investigating it. It does seem to be a bit too much of a coincidence... but I’m not willing to conclude that there is definitely a connection quite yet.”Kwisatz says following the group and glancing up the stairs, but waiting for another to lead.
Andrømeda shrugs. "Dir is saying about such things, ja? Something about cause? Am don't remember it, but is probably de case." she chuckles at herself a bit, but says no more as she makes her way up the stairs.

When you get to the top of the stairs, about 10' in front of you, there is a little bit of an intersection. To the left of the intersection is a door. To the right is another staircase leading down. Another 10' or so beyond that, the hall turns a sharp left.
In the middle of this room stands a carved stone tub filled with gnawed dwarven bones. The tub is equipped with a faucet which, when turned, spouts hot water channeled from a naturally heated underground spring. A stone plug seals the drain in the tub’s bottom.
Looking around the room, Andrømeda also sees a hole in the stone that appears to be dug out which leads to the chimney from the fireplace in the throne room, below.
Andrømeda inspects the room a bit, taking a look down the hole and at the bones in the tub, then walks to the Northern door, opening it and poking her head out to see what's there.

Kwisatz looks over the bones to see if he can determine if they were gnawed on before, or after, death ((20 - investigation +7; medicine +1)). He also stops to listen to see if he can hear any noises other than from the party ((perception 6)).

Kwiz can tell that these bones were definitely gnawed on - considering the warm welcome you've gotten at this point, you assume it was ghouls that ate this poor fellow.

Andrømeda pokes her head out of the northern door and looks right and just sees where the hallway turns right (back to where you came from) plus a door that is on the northern side of the hallway. Then she looks left and sees a banshee.
Does the banshee notice you? (Roll stealth with disadvantage since you weren't actually trying to be stealthy).
Andrømeda leans back into the room slowly, and turns to look at the others. In a whisper, she says, "Dir is a big spøkelse... ghost, thing Am meaning, in de hallvay.

The luminous, wispy form of a female elf floats in the dusty hallway before you, its face wreathed in a tangle of gossamer hair, its body clad in spectral rags that flutter around it. The apparition’s face becomes a mask of rage as it screams, “Get out of my house!”
Andrømeda purses her lips, looks back into the room at her allies then back to the banshee. "Greit, vi vil get right on det." She steps back into the room out of sight of the Banshee and whispers to the others, readying her greataxe. "Am'm thinking she is not so villing to play nice, ja?"

“쌍!”Kwisatz swears in Gnomish. “What are we even doing here at this point...?”Feeling that his attacks are generally pretty ineffective against ghost types of creatures. Looking up to Andromeda he says “Well, if you’re wanting to go at it, I can at least speed you up.” He then reaches into his pouch, pulls a small root out, and readies himself to cast haste on her the moment she moves to attack.
Okedokey...if y'all are wanting to attack, go ahead and roll initiative. ((Not that your characters would know anything about this, but I'll give you one round as a "surprise round" because as soon as Andrømeda appears to acquiesce to the banshee's demand, the banshee immediately calms back down, assuming now that you're leaving.))

How much Rush could pick these bolts up if he wanted. He could make room in his pack so long as he isn't encumbered.

The Banshee doesn't notice you, yet...
It's currently floating towards the western part of the hallway. The only one of you that is currently aware of it is Andrømeda.
