Umbriel chuckles at Lyngheid, and looks around. "I just hope that fight didn't draw the attention of anything else - we are looking for a nest of trolls, after all. Unless someone is on death's doorstep, I suggest we finish our business here quickly and move some distance away."

" Anyone who needs patching up, front and centre.", Lyngheid remarked.

"No Lyngheid. Cloud giants, we have just spoken about that."

Nyx searches the north giant corpse as well as the ettins (if no one else is).

 Lyngheid squinted at the sky worriedly, " You think they'll come down here?"

" Never had much to do with Cloud Giants...or Storm Giants...these idiots..", she kicked the dead Hill Giant. " ...too dumb not to cause trouble.....Frost Giants sometimes....some of the deep delves have problems with Fire Giants."

" Might be some verbeeg...or Fomorians as well I suppose...."

Whistler looks extremely proud at the handiwork of himself and his friends. He overhears Nyx mention Cloud Giants again as the image lands in Whistler's brain of a cloud-sniffing Giant with Whistler riding ontop in absolute childish joy.

"Need to find Cloud Giants! Whistler can fly, unlike other Kenku!

He slowly goes through the bodies closet to him, looking for loot.

Baeshra remains in his serpent form for now, and slithers slightly away, keeping an eye out for anything that looks like a troll den and more enemies.

Ireniana steps forward and nods. "I could use some healing." She'll remain in her larger form until it wears off. 

Lyngheid sat down and grasped her holy symbol and sked the Mother to heal her friends wounds.

Prayer of Healing: 22 to everyone.

 "Thanks, Lyngheid," mimics Whistler, still digging through the Hill Giants possessions.

As they discuss, Lyngheid sends some healing to the group, Nyx spends a minute and recovers half of the bolts she fired, Baeshra keeps an eye out for more danger, but doesn't see any, and Nyx and Whistler look over the bodies.

Each Hill Giant has a sack.  In the first sack Nyx finds a half empty cask of ale, and a beehive.  In the second, Whistler finds a small bag of salt, a 10-foot-long hempen rope tied to a rowboat anchor, and a haunch of meat that still smells fresh.

Each of the ettins and hill giants has a small amount of gems as well, you manage to find 300 gold worth of miscellaneous gems from all 4 bodies.

Ireniana nods in thanks as well. 

 "Let's not stick around, we need to keep on moving as I am sure at commotion was not quiet."

Baeshra leads the way, trying to head towards where the trolls might have set up a lair.

Whistler hands the meat to Owlbear, leaves the anchor and rope but takes the salt.

The party continues their journey through the Evermoor.  Shortly before noon, Lyngheid, Whistler and Baeshra notice a commotion in the distance.  in the swirling mists ahead the three of you spot a pair of fire giants with trolls on leashes.  The fire giants are smacking the trolls around and uttering guttural, angry words.  So far, you have not been noticed.

Umbriel will slowly, quietly, and very methodically channel the power of his patron and cast False Life on himself, for 8 temporary HP. 

As soon as Nyx is made aware of the commotion the rouge fades into the mist and starts to flank around the group.

She didn't move knowing she was not the quietest at the best of times.

(How long after the first fight is this? And did we take a short rest first?)

About 3 hours, no short rest.

Nyx gets close enough to be able to make out some of the words spoken in Giant.  She recognizes "hungry" and "food" and continues to witness the fire giants whipping the Trolls angrily.
