Ireniana is getting a tattoo. When she gets back there, she sees the Eldritch Claw description and nods. "Can you make it into a fist instead of a claw?"
The tattoo-ist, a bald dwarf with 9 fingers and an intricate tattoo on his scalp nods. "That I can! How big do you want it? 10 gold for the ink. And the size will determine how much gem dust we need for the magic." (What rarity are you looking for?)
Nyx would look around for weapons and armour that interest her and she defiantly slips for a trip to Waterdeep if she can't find anything that takes her fancy.
In Mirabar, you are able to find 3 bolts of Walloping if you want those. There's also a magic shield and a dagger. What kind of armor/weapons are you looking for?
The magic shop also has a beautiful ring behind a glass case. The owner calls it a Ring of Warmth.
Also, Harshnag mentioned that it is going to be cold getting to the Eye of the Allfather, and you all should get some cold weather gear.
(Whistler would be actively looking for anything that would increase either of the following, AC, HP, STR or DEX)
Whistler follows Nyx around and excitedly mimics to the best of The Little Kenku That Did's abilities, what he is looking for and shows her a diamond worth 5000g that he was given a VERY LONG TIME AGO. (I honestly cannot remember when that was given.)

The Eldrich Claw tattoo is uncommon, which is half a limb. Here's the description: "this magic tattoo depicts clawlike forms and other jagged shapes."
She points from her shoulder to her elbow. "About that length. And instead of a fist, could you make the jagged shapes look like thunderbolts?"

I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Umbriel will turn over his 1000 gold in exchange for a Rare Barrier Tattoo, in the shape of a stylized raven skull surrounded by tendrils of shadowy smoke.
"That is the most beautiful rock I have ever laid eyes on Whistler, and trust me, I have handled a few of those precious things. Did you want to cash it in so you can purchase more? I was planning to skip to Waterdeep quickly, we may be able to get a better price for it there but then again, dwarves will pay handsomely for diamonds like that."
OCC: Nyx will let the rest of the part know about any magic items she finds in her travels. How much are those said items?
As for what Nyx is after, protection is always good but I think I want to increase her damage output as unless I'm adding Sneak Attack damage it's rather flat compared to what others can do. So any kind of magic hand crossbow or bolts, or even rapiers or other fitness hand weapons.
She will definitely travel to Waterdeep to see what that city has to offer as well, with anyone else that want's to come.
Also, do we have any unused magic items that people aren't using? We could either redistribute or if no one wants them, we can always sell them off as after this I imagine we won't be doing any shopping expeditions for a while so it would be good to stock up. Remember we do have those 7 bead of force, and the potion is a Potion of invulnerability for people to take. Technically we could all take one bead of force.
Baeshra will look wistfully at the ring, but settle on getting his new tattoo alongside the others, spending his newly gained 1000gp on a tattoo stretching the length of his left arm, looking like scales made out of tiny shields. Afterwards, he'll look around more mundane shops looking for cold weather clothing suitable for a large lizardperson.
Ireniana,Umbriel and Baeshra spend the day getting tattoos. It's also 10 gold for the ink, on top of the cost of the uncommon or rare tattoo. And the Tattooist accommodates all of your customization requests.
Baeshra, the first two shops you go to don't have your size, but they direct you to a place that specializes in cold weather gear for large and oddly shaped people. You are able to find Clothing, cold weather there for 20 gold.
Whistler there's a potion shop that sells all sorts of potions; some of which increase your AC, HP, STR or DEX. You aren't able to find any magical items that permanently do this, however.
Nyx, in Mirabar, you are only able to find the bolts of Walloping. But in Waterdeep, you can find a Crossbow, Hand, +1 for the listed price of 500 gold, 20 Crossbow Bolts, +1 for 100 gold, more walloping bolts if you want, a Vicious Dagger, and a Wand of Lightning Bolts for 3,500 gold. There's also some potions and poisons that can be added to your weapons if interested.
Droop goes with you to Waterdeep and stocks up on healer's kits, arrows, salt and spices for all his newly acquired horse meat, cold weather gear, some more cooking utensils, and a very shiny copper mug that he grabbed onto as soon as he saw it.
The satyr and the goblin wander the streets of Waterdeep doing a shopping episode. There are lots of tunes, even a few about horses and even the robbery of some fine flowers.
OCC: That wand is boss! Once we steal the golden goose from those Storm Giants, I'm picking it up for sure! I will so laugh if the Storm Giants have a golden goose btw!
In the meantime, crossbow and bolts are a tick, how much was that Vicious Dagger?

In order to have enough money for the tattoo, the ink, and cold weather clothes (as well as to free up an attunement slot) Umbriel will give Nyx his Dark Shard amulet to sell. “It is a lovely item and it contains many different magics, but I was never able to make it work properly.“
Lyngheid slips an arm into a certain satyrs arm and steers her towards an armourer to try and get a good trade-in deal for her chain....and possibly a discount on plate. ( Help action for Nyxs Persuasion.)
Droop is thoroughly entertained by Nyx's songs while they shop, excitedly clapping along.
Nyx, you aren't able to find any place to sell Umbriel's Dark Shard Amulet in Mirabar, but Waterdeep has a magic shop that is willing to take it, and offers you 100 gold.
Nyx, the armourer in Mirabar listens patiently to your plan to trade in Lyngheid's chainmail and buy some plate. Make a Persuasion roll.
Ireniana and Umbriel, you are able to easily find cold weather clothes for 10 gold each.
Baeshra will also spend some time talking with caravaneers or other travelers and stable hands about what precautions he might need to take for taking an animal into cold weather, as well as look into trading his mule in for a draft horse.
If our current wagon isn't a covered wagon, he'd look into getting a cover made for the back of it as well as getting it ready for cold and mountainous travel.
(With no objections, any costs for that would come from the party fund. Anything else people think we might need?)
Umbriel winces slightly at the new tattoo, but he can't stop staring at the craftsmanship. "This is...different, Baeshra, but I do feel more protected. This was a wise call."
Ireniana forgot. Since she has the gold, she'll buy a set of cold weather clothes for Droop. Gold is already removed from inventory.
There aren't any goblin sized ones, but a tailor is able to take in dwarven clothes. Droop is very excited as he gets fitted. When he gets the clothes Droop keeps sniffing and trying to eat the rabbit fur lined hat. "Thank you, Reena!"

With the trade in of Mule, you are able to buy a draft horse for 45 gold. The horse is pretty shaggy already. Through your inquiries you learn that a second blanket for the horse is likely all that is needed, as long as it's got plenty of feed. Once you get into the snow, it won't be able to forage much. Getting a cover made for your cart is simple, and lining it with extra blankets costs 5 gold. You can get an extra horse blanket and double Feed rations for two weeks for 3 gold and 5 silver.
Purchasing the crossbow, bolts and dagger. She will definitely haggle with them for a discount. Persuasion 13
With Lyngheid's chainmail, I already rolled a 14 but with advantage I also get a 8
With the Umbriel's Dark Shard Amulet Nyx will haggle for a better price if possible. Persuasion 15
Good choices! The magic crossbow, bolts and dagger, are sold by a human female who is jealous of your looks, and doesn't take kindly to your attempts at haggling. The price remains firm!
For Lyngheid's armor, there are quite a few armorers in Mirabar, the capital of dwarven mining. So you are only able to sell the used Chain Mail for 30 gold. But you are able to find Half Plate for 600 gold, Plate for 1200 gold. The armorer also shows you a gleaming set of half plate infused with Adamantine. The Adamantine Half Plate can be yours for only 900 gold.
In Waterdeep, you are indeed able to haggle for a better price on the Dark Shard Amulet, getting 120 for it, in it's gently used state.
The tattoo-ist, a bald dwarf with 9 fingers and an intricate tattoo on his scalp nods. "That I can! How big do you want it? 10 gold for the ink. And the size will determine how much gem dust we need for the magic." (What rarity are you looking for?)
