As you are keeping watch you first notice several figures walking directly down the road, heading in the direction of Taviel's home, or at least walking down the road in that direction. As they get closer you see an individual in purple robes, very like those worn by the woman in purple robes from the cultist camp. This wearer-of-purple is with a fairly large group of others.
As they pass by the area you are on your steakout from, Toc notices something else. Across the road, in the grounds of the home next to Taviel's, he sees a flash of movement, red swirling in the darkness there. He also ehars words of magic from that direction, before the red vanishes.
It's perhaps the 2 [Tooltip Not Found] that are most concerning to Toc as he sees the activity below him.
He quickly wakes both Germain and Naroth, and taps on Nodwick, "Let your master know that there is trouble coming, and fast. A force of 23 cultists out on the street, and an intruder is likely already inside her property."
He casts Mage Armor on himself, and then looks to Germain and Naroth, explaining what he saw. "A group of 23 in the street. The most concerning is whatever was red and using magic in the grounds next to Taviels property." His mind races as the two are still rubbing the sleep out of their eyes. "I have three potential options that come to my mind. First, we fire an arrow at the Taviel's property to raise the alarm and put the house on lockdown. Second, I could cast invisibility on Germaine so he can get down there into Taviel's property and look for the intruder. Three, I could use disguise self to join the troops of cultists....and hope they don't notice an extra soldier among them. The last seems the weakest. I suggest we do one and two. Thoughts?"
Even as Toc is waking up the others, the guards on Taviel's family's gates starts sounding the alarm, having noticed the less-than-stealthy approach of the cultists.
Taviel... You hear Nodwick's mental alarm. 'Mistress, your companion, Sir Toc, believes an unsavory individual may be inside the walls of your family manse...'
"Keep watching!" Taviel got up up with the speed she adopted on the road. A few moments to dress up - and she was running towards the cabinet, alarming any guard she comes across.
Once the others are awoken, Toc mutters a curse under his breath in elven, "It would seem we have no time. Germain, try to get to Taviel and help her best you can. Naroth, shall we give the guards a hand?" He casts invisibility on Germain.
"We're going to need more help. Nodwick, can you go to the Inn? There are some men there that may be able to help..." He also sends his Hawk to begin flying around the Inn and clattering windows to wake people. He then begins making his way to the front gate as quickly as he can.
Germain nods quickly and moves off towards the house as quietly as he's able, clearing the wall at the nearest point he can and dashing towards the house proper, sending Vilrana ahead and above to find this insidious foe.
As the two clamber off the roof he looks to Naroth, "There's a chance we could get very quickly overwhelmed. I say we try and pick them off from behind with ranged weapons, and then deal with any splinter groups that come after us." He pulls out his longbow after dropping down off the roof. He grins ferociously at Naroth. "Don't go down. If things get rough, we'll need to flee....just let me know."

"Ranged attack is not what I am good at, but what I can do is attack through my Echo but I still need to be within 30' of the enemy, otherwise it goes poof. We shall see what happens but hopefully the guards form the house will distract the lot of them." Naroth grins with grim determination.
Ok, Toc, Germain, and Naroth, roll initiative. Map is linked below. I used colors to show the different enemy, DR1 - 10 are Dragonclaws, 11 - 15 are Dragonwings, 15 and 16 are Dragonfangs. bodyguards are Veterans. Ve 1 - 15 are the mercenaries
Taviel, you notice mos tof the guards already rushing towards the front of the house,w here the second Mage has joined them. You arrive at the door to the cabinet without issue. Give me a perception check. Is Nissa with you? If so you can have one of you roll with advantage.
Nodwick rushes off towards the inn, along with Germain's pet. It is a distance to the tavern though, so will take them some time.
To Naroth he says, "Well, maybe I'll just shoot them, and then when some come charging at us, you and your echo can do some chopping. Just give me one sec to prepare..."

Toc steps out from around the corner, and silently nocks and arrows and fires into the back of one of the veterans.....
"Waiting on your attack Toc, I will guard you as best as I can sending my Echo up to cause confusion as best I can." Naroth says, peaking around the corner at the enemy.
Ok, I've updated maps just a bit. Here is the second map, this is for Taviel's area. The stairs down are marked at b11 - c12. They connect to the stairs in the other map I will also link below.
Taviel, you would know the cabinet has a balcony on it, which is also marked on the map as balcony1/balcony2, but is all just one structure, and it is on the east side of the house. I have both stairs and balcony marked in green to help tell them apart from other parts of the map.

Everyone else, the second map is for you, only changes are that the stairs up are noted in the main house section, and mage2 has been removed, as they are on Taviel's map now. The main structure, past the guards is the mansion Taviel is in. The structure to the right of the gate, just inside, is the guard house. The walls running on rows 17 and 22, as well as column z are fences. Germain is just inside the fence of Taviel's property, at the very corner of the property. Toc and Naroth are both across the road, and in the very corner of the property you did the steakout from, which has no fence, just the side fence to the next property, which they are currently hiding behind.
Germain, of note to you, on the East side of Taviel's home, there is an upper-level balcony, about 15 feet above the ground. It is just off of your map though, which is where Taviel's map starts up.
As a note the two maps are not aligned in the same columns, so, if we do have individuals moving between maps, realize there will need to be some offset done for locations. I should have thought to do that, but it would mean a 100% redo of one of the maps, and I think we'll be fine as is.
