You set up camp in a hut that protects you from the marshland and its many, and varied, dangers.
In the morning you find the path much the same as it was the previous night, just much more visible to those who could not see in the dark. What is your marching order as you start out again?
Toc sends his raven up into the trees and above to scout ahead, as Germain leads well ahead of them....he lets Naroth and Taviel take point and sticks to the middle of the pack as he flips between his raven's view and his own occasionally.

What's the difference between a Wizard and a Sorcerer? Class.
The air smells sulfurous—overlaid with an unpleasant mingling of mildew and mold—thick with acrid moisture and almost difficult to breathe. The placid puddles of the swamp stand stagnant and with small bubbles, and though shallow, you cannot help but imagine them as bottomless. What lurks beneath the surface? What horrors wait to grasp your boots and yank you down… down into the black? The sodden ground, sucking at your boots with every step, does little to dissuade your worries.
Germain and Toc's Raven need to give me perception checks.
Germain, after about 3 hours of hiking through the marshland you notice a strange mound of plants off to one side of the path you are following. As you are moving towards it you would swear you saw the thing move. Not just plants moving in a breeze or something, but the entire mound move as if it were a creature not an inanimate plant.
The blast of lightning hits the mound, but seems to do no harm to it whatsoever.
A portion of the marshland shifts, and you realize you are not alone. A mass of vines, ferns, and other vegetation crunches forward, a tangle of tree and shrub somehow come to life. It has no legs, head, or other appendage to speak of, but this animate pile of plants nevertheless gives you the impression of life and brutish intelligence.
Toc init: 22. (sorry for the delay, feel free to roll my init for me in the future if you're ready to proceed and don't have me. It's random, I'm not precious about typing it in the roller myself.)
(.... of course I likely go first this time...so....i'll add an action. :-). )
Toc summons a shadowy blade in one hand, and his rapier in his other hand, while striding forward. (move forward 25 feet and up right 5 feet, to 13K)
(I'll roll such things if there is too much of a wait, but I like to give everyone the chance to do so. It feels like it is a success or failure on your own, rather than me doing it for you. Plus it allows everyone to know we are moving into combat.) Initiative order is Toc > Taviel > nissa > Ulric > Naroth > germain > shambling mound
Toc strides forward, as a shadowy blade forms in one hand and he draws forth his rapier with the other.
Some might find repetitiveness boring, but Taviel always was on the mindset "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". So, she repeated the traditional routine.
Action: Fire Bolt Attack: 22 Damage: 8 (Taviel has Elemental Adept (Fire), ignores fire-resists)
BA: Dragon's Breath (fire) on Nissa. Not sure if Taviel's feat works here, but Nissa flies to the monster, stopes 10ft away, and breaths 15 fire at it (Dex save DC15).
Still 3 people you need to get through a marshland who cannot see a thing. Pace will still be a crawl.
Toc sighs, “It seems our situation has decided our path for us. I will cast a protective hut to sleep in and we’ll try to track them at first light.”
He finds a solid place to cast tiny hut.

Germain will take the lead, unless someone else would like to, then he'd be at the end.

Taviel would rather keep to the back of the procession - the clear view is great but melee with lizardfolk was not something she anticipated.
