Toc Edhelri Lewel wears a rapier and dagger, which the dagger could have made the wound, though most any dagger could do so. Give me an insight check for the rest.
Toc Something about her just seems off. She does move with an almost feline grace, though tries to conceal that by walking less gracefully. It is almost like she is trying too-hard. She seems distracted, as if she expects people to be looking for someone who is out of place here. (Rolled a 6 and 7 for her advantage performance roll, which only comes up to 18...) You would definitely see her as someone that doesn't fit the role she is suppose to have here.

He walks back to a place where he's hidden and lets his invisibility spell end, then messages each of his allies. "Edhelri Lewel is the assassin. I'm certain. Though I have no proof. I suggest we take her by surprise, hold her down, and search her tent and belongings for poison and other evidence within her gear."

"Really? With her temper? Can be an act, of course. Just say when and where, I'll be there. Even if it's a false alarm, by now nobody will be surprised if guards took the search in their own hands."
"I trust your instincts on this. As Guards we can always make up an excuse if need be about protecting the caravan or investigating something. The sooner we can resolve this the better I will feel. Let me know when."
Germain hesitates, "Perhaps have your familiar or that of the other wizard watch her for a time first? The caravan master might shut down the caravan and probably boot us out if we cause a fuss now."
As Toc turns to head back, to find a place to let down his invisibility, Edhelri suddenly glances over in his direction. There is no clue what gave his location away, if it was some sound of cloth on cloth, the crunch of grass under a boot, or something else, but she is suddenly staring directly towards his location. A frown darkens her eyes, as she cannot see him, being invisible, but it is clear she has heard him. (Passive perception is 18.)
Toc quickly walks towards Naroth. If she decides to follow and make an issue of it, he'll have allies. He adds to his summary to the group, "Also, she likely knows someone has been watching her....she heard me poking around."
Instead, assuming he makes his invisible get away, he heads over to Loren, the caravan leader. In her mind, he sends her multiple messages, "Greetings Caravan master. I have a very strong suspicion who is behind these assassination attempts. However, I have no proof. I would seek your approval to restrain her and search her belongings for proof. Her name is Edhelri. I already have spoken to a number of the other caravan guards and they have confirmed they are with me if I choose to confront her. But I would not do so without your permission."

Toc Loren responds immediately. "I have multiple people telling me this exact same thing." Loren's voice is frustrated-sounding. "Except some of them are pointing at you as the assassin, others saying it about various others in this caravan. Who am I suppose to believe?"
Toc raises an eyebrow, "Someone accused me? Fascinating considering i nearly died from the poison myself. I suppose that's up to you. Or, you trust none of us and simply search all of our belongings. I have nothing to hide. I am here, send someone to search my goods. However, do not give Edhelri a heads up a search is coming, or she will obviously get rid of the evidence."

"It seems everyone is accusing everyone." Loren responds. "I realize you were poisoned, but it was mentioned that it might not be the same person as attacked the guard named Naroth. I cannot, at this time, give anyone leave to search or question anyone. For now it is as I said, no more deaths, or we will do that search you mentioned."

Toc regards the woman, "Do you truly believe a would be assassin is going to care about your threat to disband the caravan? If you fail to act, your conscience will weigh heavy should someone be killed. I know the urge to rely on hope, to do nothing and hope the problem will simply go away... hope that no more harm will come to anyone. But hope is not a solution to the very real problems we have right now. I urge you to reconsider."
Loren gives Toc a look back. "Yet you are asking me to trust you, when I have simply no reason to do so. You are not even a guard on this caravan, just someone traveling with it." She shakes her head. "I will not give my permission for this, you have no proof nor, frankly, any credibility either."
He nods to her graciously, and out loud says, “As you say ma’am. Have yourself a lovely evening.” He walks away and informs the rest of the group of the outcome using message spells. “Well, we can defy her orders and do what is likely the right thing. And likely get kicked out of the caravan. We’d have to trail the cultists another way. Or we can play this political cat and mouse game and hope, with our eye on the assassin that we prevent any potential death. I think I vote for the latter. Our mission is bigger than one assassin.”

"We can start a rumor," suggested Taviel. "I do not mean going from wagon to wagon, just warning every guard under our command and those we know. You know, the usual gossip way - a look, a word, a pointed silence. If enough people will mark her as an assassin, may be we would not even need to be the first to act? Someone else will make a move and we can watch or join later."
