Hit: 8 bludgeoning damage. He then attempts to take a bite out of Ulric as well... Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: 20 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 piercing damage.
As Ulric pulls his mace from the skull of the lizard folk before him, he's caught off guard by the fast moving lizard to his side. He raises his shield but not in time to completely deflect the blow. Before he could react the Lizard chomped down on his leg drawing blood.
Toc begins his now familiar combat dance as a sword wisps from his sheath. His blade shimmers with green flame as he swings at the lizard man in front of him (L15), the green flames leaping onto the lizard man nearby (L13).
Attack: 18 Damage: 18. (I've merged the fire damage and blade damage as I find it's easier, but if you prefer I do it separate let me know.) 11 fire damage to the second lizard.

Taviel/Nissa, Germain, Naroth, and Ulric can post actions. There is only one lizardfolk facing you, though you can chase after the two fleeing if you wish.
(I didn't say it, so that is on me, but #2 and #6 have full cover due to the dense forest they are escaping through. Tavial does not have line-of-sight on #2 at all. Nissa can follow them, and use their breath attack, if that is wished for. Germain, the lizardfolk have full cover from you as well. These lizardfolk appear to know the forest a lot better than you do, as they are traveling fast, even through the dense forest.)
Naroth looks after the last fleeing lizardfolk, thinks about chasing it but realizes he would have no chance and lets his Echo go. Then goes about searching the dead lizardfolk bodies for any info and any gear that might help them.
Searching the bodies Naroth notices they appear to be a hunting party. They have nothing of value on them, just impravised weapons, those strange turtle-shell shields, and a few small animals they have either trapped or hunted down. None of them have any coin on them. A good guess is that these hunters found some possible better game in this group,, especially with the small dragons and the flying snake there as possible critters to add to their hunting catches.
The last lizardfolk continues to flee, and we are now out of combat as they get far enough away pursuit is not going to catch them.
The next several days goes by in much the same fashion as previous days. You continue ahead of the caravan, but make sure that the cult wagons continue onward and do not turn off. They do not, continuing to follow you Northward.
The convoy’s destination is the Carnath Roadhouse, a compound that served as a hostelry on the trade road between Waterdeep and Neverwinter in the days when trade flourished. It fell into disuse when trade stopped, but now that the road is being rebuilt, the roadhouse has been repaired and put to use as a supply depot and wagon park.
On the tenth day out of Waterdeep you come up onto a slope overlooking the roadhouse downhill from you on the road ahead.

Taviel did not need to chase fleeing enemies - she could reach them from her spot. Nissa, though, had to come closer:

Nissa zips off into the forest, getting close enough to #2 to breathe flames on them...

Toc, do you wish to do anything here? You get to go prior to the single lizardfolk that is fleeing to the South.
