Toc also checks with the group if they have any maps, or know what's up this way, and begins looking for places the cultists may be headed towards, besides the obvious Neverwinter further up the coast.

The second day goes much the same as the first. You continue heading North along the High Road, pausing at various possible turn-off points, to see if the cultists attempt to veer off behind you. They do not, always continuing forward. The second night passes uneventfully.
As you continue Northward on the third day, you pause again, waiting for the raven to catch up with the day's report on the caravan's status. As you wait several forms approach from the woodland nearby, looking hostile.
These humanoid bodies bear tough, scaled skin and a thick tail, much like a crocodile, but their heads—although frighteningly toothy and still reptilian—are much more man-like. They use spikey shells as shields, seemingly from some tortoise you’ve never seen before, and they hold in their other hands a wicked-looking club made from wood lashed to a smooth stone.
There are six of the lizardfolk, and they do not appear to wish to talk. Please roll initiative.

By now it was like an automatic reaction. Taviel raised a hand as if blessing Nissa and the orange light covered little flying snake. Nissa took off and breathed out flame at the first lizardman while sorceress herself sent the bolt of fire sent at the same attacker.

Taviel/Nissa The flying snake is able to catch two of the lizardfolk in the area of fire, both too-slow to dodge the brunt of the flames. taviel herself sent another blast of flame into another of the lizardfolk, also hitting hard and burning him badly.

Germain With a flash of lightning from his fist, Germain drops one of the lizard-men to the ground. Then Germain moves into the trees, and out of sight of the group and the lizardfolk.

He then also tries to take a bite out of the wizard-warrior... Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: 5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 piercing damage.

Naroth Summons forth his echo, appearing behind the bulky lizardfolk facing Toc. The echo's blade swings and slices into the thick scaled skin of the lizard-man. As the echo goes for a second strike though the warrior lizardfolk is able to get its turtle-shell shield in front of the blade, and knock it out wide. He gives an angry growl and snaps teach shut menacingly towards the echo behind him.
