Martin puts a hand on Kulloda's arm (I assume he's much taller than Martin) and nods gratefully. "I don't think much of revenge anymore. But I'd hoped to get her back, just for a moment I'd hoped. It wasn't fair."
"Traveler, I would offer you our gifts in exchange for favors later."
Gash finally speaking after sometime, trying to be thoughtful and mindful has gotten them this far, but maybe the time for that is over. "It seems like a lot of us have revenge on our minds. I do as well. And after we get all this god business settles I am going to return to the Minotaur's city and take no prisoners. I would go to the ends of the world for you all. We make the plan we execute the plan."
Gash, starts to pace and speak at the same time.
"I think maybe we learn from the gods and act more impulsively, like Kulloda here. I mean we've always fancied ourselves thinkers, but during our journey across the long road... we were always in the end forced to act on impulse. We could think and scheme and plan all we wanted but then there would be demons or a dragon or a vampire. Its time for use to decide. The Traveler has been apart of our journey for some time now and I think we align ourselves there. Get the dragon into the hells. We just need to figure out our order of quests... Perhaps some violence first? Are we up for killing a slaving king?"

Gash- Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
Kulloda perks up when Gash speaks. A smiles crosses his heavily scarred countenance.
"Always ready, friend Gash," Kulloda says.
He slowly rises from his sitting position, sensing something is about to happen.
"Gash, don't forget check scrolls and books find in Finnegan tower," Kulloda says again. "Maybe all cheap spells. But maybe some good ones Gash doesn't know."
Tristan looks up in surprise as Martin offers all of the items for favors later. “Let’s not be too hasty. There are three items, perhaps we can come to some sort of arrangement. Say, transport to the Fang, a divine item that will allow us to return to the palace in case of emergency, and the promise of another favor later when you are the god of second chances and can truly help our friend.”
He glances at the others, fully aware that the divine items were not solely his to give. “Next stop, the Fang. Shall we be off? To immortalize ourselves in history with the fall of the Slaver king.”
"Not just fall. He lose head too," Kulloda says as he buckles, cinches and ties down everything to make sure his weapons, bag of holding and efficient quiver are secure.
The Traveler looks thoughtful for a moment. They stand, saying, "It is a little more than the blessings I might normally give but...your offering is substantial. I will promise a boon, should I ascend again to join my brother, but at my discretion. I do not offer a blank slate or a genie's wish. That is not the kind of god I would deign to be."
They pause, brushing soot from their cloak. "Your aim is murder but of one whom I have heard many roadside prayers about. I will deliver you to the Fang's bed chambers. Sadly, I do not have the omniscient sight I once had from the heavenly planes. I will return in a few minutes. Prepare yourselves."
It is just after dawn when the Traveler teleports the party from the dusty side of the road into the middle of nowhere into bedroom that is simultaneously crude and attempting to be lavish at the same time. It is a large room with plain wooden walls and floors, save for a stone foundation running the length of the walls. It is also furnished with well-made, fancy furniture that are roughly 15 years out of fashion, clearly worn, and utterly mismatched. The bed is unmade and nobody is in it at the moment. The only thing that you can hear is the birds beginning to wake up outside.
Dog has never been Martin’s number one fan but he is ready to burn down a forest for him. He also nods appreciatively when Tristan tries to bargain with the divine items - this had been Dog’s intention but the time had gotten away from him.
When they arrive in the Fang’s bedroom, immediately casts detect thoughts to try to find out if they are alone in the room and if there are guards just outside. He looks at the door to see how it might be secured.

Dog detects only his companions. They are alone in The Fang's bedroom.
Martin moves to touch the bed to find out of it's still warm
Investigation (15): 10
Martin has difficulty discerning how recently the bed was vacated. It is not warm, but nor is it as cold as the morning air penetrating the wood walls.
Kulloda puts a hand on the handle to the door to the south, but he pauses and looks at the others before opening it.
”Fang not here. We find Fang.”
However, he’s learned his companions are not as impulsive as he is and he waits a moment longer before turning the handle in case they have a better plan than just going out and looking for the Fang.
Opening the door, Kulloda finds a long, empty hallway. Morning light spills in from the window to the east and the rest of the hallway is lit by a couple of torches burning on either wall. Several more doors leave the hallway going south and one exits the hall at the end to the west. There are no other doors leading north.
While Dog goes into the hall doing whatever magic looking thing he’s doing, Kulloda turns and opens the west door to see what’s on the other side of it.
Kulloda opens the door to the west to reveal a large, elaborate bath. The floors are actually stone here unlike most of the rest of the building. It has a large, circular wooden bath basin, a privy behind a free-standing screen, a sink with a hand pump, a wardrobe and a mirror, and a small stone fountain in the center of the room. A bookshelf stands against the wall between the bath basin and the door, seemingly filled with non-academic books. The room appears empty and only one other exit leads out of the room to the west.
Meanwhile, Dog begins to sense the surface thoughts of someone through the door heading south on the far east side of the hall, by the window. Another person is seemingly somewhat southeast of Dog, somewhere beyond the door immediately to his east. Both are just within the range of his spell, because he loses any sense of them after walking 10 or 15 feet to the west. There is only a moment of silence because less than 10 feet beyond that, he picks up the sensation of many minds, at least a dozen if not more. Additionally, he can hear the muted voices of conversation in a language local to The Fang. All of this is clearly coming from beyond the door to the west.

Kulloda stretches a few times and settles himself down against a tree, closing his eyes as he does.
”Take head of Fang, burn down forest, kill Finnegan, go to circus. Kulloda good with any. Wake when ready go.”

Kulloda looks at Martin and down to the hand on his arm. He nods and smiles.
"No need think of revenge. Just do," Kulloda says. "If change mind, Kulloda help friend Martin burn forest to ash."

Kulloda blinks and shakes his head once they appear in the Fang’s bedroom.
”Kulloda not like blink travel,” he says.
Then he looks around the room and a low rumbling growl grows in his throat.
”Should say take to Fang instead.”
He then goes to the door and listens for noise from outside.
