Attack: 20 Damage: 24 Oh Heidi... Vincent will (assuming she died) move around K a bit to make room for anyone coming down to help. - nevermind, forgot that was all my movement.
You get to the lower part of the stairs, where Vincent is standing:
Heidi is unconscious (about to start making saving throws) and Kijori is looking quite scared, his shortsword in hand. You still have 15ft movement and your action left.
Rushing down the steps, Oden is glad to see Vincent handling things so well. Threatening to strike, he says "Give up Kijori, your captain is bleeding out. This fight is over, throw down your weapon!"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
[I'll assume Reguh moved downstairs to be able to see Kijori, who ran downstairs on his last turn.]
Reguh runs to the steps at the stern of the boat and just gets downstairs, where he sees Kijori, Heidi, Oden and Vincent.
Reguh, Oden and Vincent:
With Reguh's illusion, Oden's threat and Vincent's intimidation, as well as seeing Heidi go down and still believing the captain to be unconscious, Kijori surrenders. He drops his short sword and puts his hands up, a look of regret in his eyes for choosing the wrong side earlier.
Vincent and Oden, let me know if anyone tries to stabilise Heidi, or whether you let her bleed out. If stabilising her, please roll a DC10 medicine check. You may have the opportunity to roll further medicine checks depending on what else you have your character do. Or Vincent can cast spare the dying if he feels inclined to do so and avoid rolls.
Three Earrings who was unconscious but stable pops back to life with Laire's healing magic. Anyone close by sees a sly look in her eyes as if she is far from done, and her eyes dart around the ship.***
[I was going to have the Moonbeam 'scene' happen throughout the rest of this round, but next up in the initiative is Three Earrings, Dillyu, Boerth, Dajarkal, Heidi and then Beatrice, all of who I am controlling. As such, I think I'll bring it forward, rather than having them all take turns which will turn out to be filler].
Any thoughts Three Earrings has of escape are apparently dashed when you all feel a bump as the Moonbeam, a caravel flying the colors of the Clovis Concord, comes up alongside the Wavechaser, with the hulls clashing enough to cause you all to have to catch yourselves but not enough to make anyone fall.
Everyone on deck turns to see a boarding party getting ready to come aboard the Wavechaser, with many having muskets and other ranged weapons trained on all people currently on the Wavechaser deck. There are is also ballista and loaded mangonel on the Moonbeam deck aimed at the Wavechaser. There are nine people getting ready to board, one of whom is a a princely and flamboyant pale-skinned, male half-elf, who is obviously in charge. Jumping to the railing of his ship, he calls out “In the name of the laws of the Clovis Concord, put down your weapons and surrender your vessel peacefully, or we shall take her by force!”
Three Earrings drops her dagger and raises her hands and growls to Boerth "Drop your weapon friend Boerth, there is no way out of this. Don't worry we have not done anything wrong. Three Earrings will remember your loyalty in this battle."
Boerth drops his pistol, the dread on his face clearly showing.
Dajarkal yells out to you all "Don't worry, do what he says and drop your weapons. I'll speak for you and explain who you are and what happened."
Let me know what your characters do.

Meta: Anyone who read my post from earlier before I realised that Three Earrings had been denied her turn because of failing a Wisdom saving throw vs Dajarkal's command spell knows she still had some tricks up her sleeve. For those that missed it, in a different reality where Three Earrings/Burning Hill passed her save against command, she did the following:
Three Earrings looks at Laire and smiles "Friend Laire is very trusting" her posture goes from the surrendering to aggressive againand she says "Three Earrings will remember that and not kill friend Laire, only the other Heroes of the Isle" [yes, of course she is doing the classic movie villain move of asking for mercy then attacking.]
The Earrings uses Feline Agility, moves 5 ft to the right, disengages from Oden, Beatrice and Aliez, andmoves another55 ft up next to Vincent and diagonal to Heidi. She then uses her bonus action for second wind, healing 7
She then uses her action surge and attacks Vincent three times:
Scimitar Attack 1: 16 Damage: 7
Scimitar Attack 2: 24 Damage: 5
Dagger Attack: 22 Damage: 5
This fortunately did not happen, but if it did, the fight could have taken a very different turn.
Oden moves behind Kijori and prods him with the shield to go up the steps: "Go. Keep your arms down, but don't try anything."
Before showing on deck, he hides the coral hilt in his clothes and draws his shortsword. He nods at Vincent, leaving Heidi to him. As soon as they show on deck, Oden throws down the shortsword and pats Kijori on the shoulder, saying loudly: "The ship is yours. We're with you. The captain is there, and his only supporter is bleeding below deck. The rest turned on him when they found out who the captain truly was.
Oden looks at Dajarkal and gives a small nod, hoping he is grateful enough to confirm it.
I can't remember if you had any meaningful interactions with Dajarkal (I think you had one early on, I can check or you can), but for any meaningful interaction you can reduce the DC by 2. If anyone else who had a meaningful interaction with Dajarkal (Reguh and Laire come to mind, though there might have been others) wants to back you up it will provide advantage. The unmodified DC to beat for Boerth (who Dajarkal already suspects wasn't Revelry, but fought with the captain) is DC12. The unmodified DC to beat for Kijori (who Dajarkal believes was at minimum aware of what was going on) is DC20.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
[The only interaction was just before the fighting started, Oden trusting Dajarkal and agreeing to disable the ballista. I'm rolling with advantage, but take the first roll if no one assists.]

Right, it was the conversation between Dajarkal and Tharhun I was thinking of, which unfortunately doesn't help you much. As your roll is unmodified you will save Boerth from being taken away to be tried as a pirate as long as either Laire or Reguh gives you advantage.
Kijori will unfortunately be taken away and "forcefully questioned" about what he knows of the Revelry.
Reguh will help by having Steve stand with Oden. I think that will help his argument.
Haha, yes, 100%. Dajarkal's eyes light up and the goofy mannerisms that dropped when she went double agent mode come back slightly when she sees her favourite creature on board the ship.
Vincent casts spare the dying on Heidi and drags her up to the deck.
“This one is particularly troublesome. Be cautious and alert for magic.”
”Also, I think you may find some interest with a man back at port named Hektor. He was given a letter from Three Rings, and began to act a bit strangely. I believe he was being blackmailed or threatened.”
Vincent would also like to help search the ship. Partly to help the officials, but largely to make sure that these guys have less chance of coming back to haunt them, if they’re let go for lack of evidence etc.
Laire did not have a weapon out. She would help Three earrings to stand up if she wants too: "I did only what any healer would do and stopped a murder. Dajarkal, I would like to accompany your prisoners to that other ship and see that their wounds are treated".
She then opened up her backpack and placed on deck in front of Oden the diving helmet, potions she bought for the adventure and the rest of the money. "Was it ever about saving the islands, Oden? It does not seem this way. I will not pretend I understand what has happen. But you are not who I thought you are. Turning on someone on a word of a stranger, killing a surrendered prisoner, smiling one moment and cutting the throat to someone you called "friend" a moment ago... Now I know why did you ask about disguises. Do not think I can help you with anything. Do not think you would want my help either. May be next time we meet I will know this world better to understand your actions, but I do hope we will never see each other again."

Oden looks hurt by the words, and replies quietly: "I'm sorry you think that way of me.", then more confidently as he rewinds the events in his mind: "I never pretended to be someone I'm not, and all I did was in the interest of our group and the mission. The truth is that we've been manipulated ever since we've set foot on this ship. I have a feeling the only one who caught on to it is Aliez. I was too blinded by thoughts of revenge to see it. Yes, I'm not without fault. No one is."... he frowns: "But killing prisoners? Hurting my friends? I'm afraid I don't understand. Everything I said and done was to try and stop the killing. And had I not acted when I did, you'd see corpses on the deck right now."

Vincent will look at Kijori as Heidi falls. “Just give up. Before it’s too late.” Intimidation 17

Holding the attack in case he does not surrender.
Reguh will Cast a minor illusion to put a scream of “SURRENDER” repeatedly in Kijoris ear. (Imagine a scream inside of your ear)
