Ok, the door is going to be disarmed, it just takes casting the spell until it happens. As you cast another dispel magic Kierro notices the rune ont he door stop glowing as brightly. It still has a hint of magic to it, but he recognizes it as not threatening.
Opening the door you find a chimney that goes downward.
Glancing down the chimney you see a spiderweb laced across the width of the chimney, blocking your view at about 30 feet down.
Honor leans over his shoulder to peer down the chimney to see if any creatures were hiding behind the webs. "Someone was following us -- another dragon -- but I can't sense them any more," she whispers in his ear.
As the flaming sphere burns through the webs, which seem to have been fairly delicate and not likely able to hold the weight of a halfling let alone a human, those looking down would see a blur of motion cross from one side of the chimney to the other, about ten feet above where the web was. It was more a streek of motion, as if something was slashed across the chimney at that place. It would not take much insight to imagine what would have happened if someone was on a rope, and breaking through the webs, only to have their rope cut just above their heads...
Kierro passes the flaming sphere up and down the shaft a bit, both to clear out the rest of the webs and check to see if the blade sweeps again at any point. If it doesn't:
"Right." Kierro dismisses the flaming orb, then casts daylight on the end of a rope before tying it to himself and the other end to a secure point (or Chysen will hold it if said point doesn't exist). "If the rope happens to get cut, I'll be able to fly back up. Should be alright, though, the blade only came across when the webs broke. Probably needs to be reset now."
(Flaming spheres cannot go up and down. I let it fall down, as it would drop to the floor once cast, so it made sense it would drop down the chimney.)
With the rope secured, Kierro prepares to climb down. There are no more blades, so it appears he was likely correct about needing to reset. He does notice that the webs are growing back even as he goes through the hole though, but it looks as if it might take a minute or so for that to fully happen.
In the light of his daylight spell he sees the chamber below is covered with some sort of yellow substance. As he lowers himself down he would see that the entire flor of the chamber is covered with the stuff.
Kierro would notice that there is a area cleared of the yellow stuff though, directly at the bottom of the chimney’s opening. (The chimney opens in the roof of the chamber, with a 20 foot drop to the floor below.) The space his flaming sphere landed though seems have destroyed a large section of the yellow substance. You can give me a nature check if you want to see if you know what it is.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
On her way down, Honor's going to try and locate where the blade came out of the wall, and see if she can't damage or block the spot to prevent it from coming out again later. (Investigation, in case that will help: 21)
Honor sees several options for where the blade might have come out of, but can't quite locate for certain the right one. She drives a few pitons into a couple of the cracks, just in case that helps, then continues down.
Kierro recognizes the yellow substance as yellow mold. Something that could be very dangerous to some of your dragons, as well as the humans with you. Fire, he knows - from his flaming sphere if nothing else, will destroy the mold completely.
Kierro holds a hand out to caution the others as he looks around the room for anything else of note, especially any chests that the group is getting pulled to. "Yellow mold, watch out."
He smiles a bit. "A simple matter to get rid of, though." He holds his hand out, projecting flames across the room, careful to clear it out sufficiently to make it safe for the others.
(Casting burning hands continuously to get rid of the mold if it's a small room, or fireball if the room is large enough to cast safely, without hitting anybody or anyone.)
Kierro is able to clear out the yellow mold completely. The room is now safe for the others.
I am sure someone has a passive perception above 20, so, if that is the case, then that person can notice a secret door that leads North from here. There is also a normal door that is on the Southern wall. The room itself is otherwise empty.
I am sure someone will ask for directions to items... I will only include those on this level, Kierro's is still up.
Honor's item is just a bit South and East, very close by. Leto's item is a fair distance directly South. Naivara's item is a good distance both South and East Nadariel's item is North and West, a fair distance West, but just a bit North.
The dragonlords would sense that the Axial dragon is on this level now as well. Just a bit South and East of you. Honor would sense it fairly close to her own item.
Nadariel examines the runes for a moment, before he gives Leto a few pointers (Bardic Inspiration D8).
“Let’s try to disspell it together, if it doesn’t work i can try to open it from a distance. On three: one, two...”
(No help on a dispel check. Guidance is fine, as is bardic inspiration, but the help action is not an option.)

Kierro extends a hand down the chimney. "This should clear more out faster, and shed some light on the way down."
His palm ripples with flame as he casts flaming sphere, sending it down the shaft to burn up the webs.

Kierro nods. "Blade in the wall; would've been nasty. Question is if taking the web out disabled it permanently or if it will keep swinging."
He looks up and replies: "I felt it too. Something else to be wary of."
"Try moving the sphere?" Honor suggests. "Or we could take a different path."

Kierro nature check: 13
Guidance bonus, if he's able to cast it shortly after he gets to the bottom: 3
Once we descend down, Nadariel would use his magic instrument to cast levitate on himself and float down instead of using the rope.
