Sitting atop his gloom stalker, Leto, a well dressed and manicured purple Tiefling looks to Yuno and grins, saying simply, "About time you joined us."
I think that Leto would have known Yuno at least a bit. Though not likely working directly with her on her genocides, he would have watched from behind the scenes, and occasionally tried to point her in the direction of those he needed taken care of as well.
In her head Yuno thinks about the current welcoming party that's come to greet her. There are people that seem like she would have gotten along well with, at least in her past life. Then there are some that she remembers fighting against her.
She says apologetically, "This world... it's nice. Sorry I did a lot of bad things in the past life. I... remember them but I'm horrified. So... I don't want to continue the mass murder anymore... I want to make amends."
Kyrian pouts "That's just boring. Can you still kill people after making amends? Or is there like a no kill policy. Because that would be a real drag."

“I will take responsibility for what I have done. [...] If must fall, I will rise each time a better man.” ― Brandon Sanderson, Oathbringer.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kierro, too, looks down worriedly as Fratty dives down. He nods to Chysen, who flies down below the clouds just to check.
"Kyrian. My friend." he replies calmly. "It would be very good if you could hold her to that, yes. I must admit, however, that I am not anticipating you to."
He turns to Yuno. "I forgive you for attempting to kill me. Some... probably almost all of the others do not." He recalls cases that he had dealt with before. People who were, no doubt, insane. Of two different minds, sometimes. Sometimes his abilities worked to cure that madness. Sometimes not. One half might be repentant, but the other... Insight Check: 28
"I ask on behalf of the rest of us that you attempt to restrain your companions from causing harm to any of us. And more importantly, I ask that you, personally, not seek to harm us." A glint appears in his eyes for a moment. He recalls that one time. Being torn apart by the one who stood before him now was not something he wanted to repeat.
"...simply asking nicely may not be enough to convince your... other half. But perhaps this will. We have been informed of how exactly we got here. The short story is that fighting amongst ourselves causes the world around us to collapse. And if it happened again, I imagine we would not be simply banished this time. More likely, gone forever. Ended. If you wish to find the other pieces of yourself, to survive with us, some amount of restraint will be needed."
EDIT: Kierro's roll should be an 18. Don't know why it changed.
Yuno is not being fully truthful here. She's hiding something.
Yuno shakes her head and answers Kyrian, "I... I can still fight. I know how to and... if the foe is evil and has to be stopped, I will kill though I won't enjoy it."
Turning to Kierro, she listens to the explanation, "I see... so that's how we got here. I... will not attack any of you. I can't have the world collapse... not again."
"We've discovered that we have to work together if we want to recover our full power -- or selves, however you want to put it," Honor says airily, but pointedly. "Everyone's made some ... compromises."
Leareth stared, at the city and his dragon, alternating between them. A smile began to form on his face. "A mythal? Over a human city? Perhaps cast by humans?" It took a team of elven master High Mages to create a mythal, or so he thought until now. "And you claim they're nothing but rats..." This did pose a problem however. He didn't want to go without her, and their destination was not Waterdeep. Should he go in alone? His original plan was for them to make a contact with a wizard within and get help teleporting closer to their destination. He would stay just long enough to make contacts with people of power there, lay the groundwork for his future organization, then resume trying to recover his shattered soul and power. But now...
I must have it. He studied the city, hardly seeing it as his mind filled with possibilities. What better place for a base of operations for a dragonlord than a city where dragons cannot go? Though that may seem contradictory, since dragons were among his mightiest agents, they were also the greatest threat to him. Dragons of metal... and those too chaotic to submit... he would be safe from them here. Other dragonlords, if they wanted to assail him here, could not bring their allies with them. It would then be their personal power against his - and his organization's. He decided then that this city would be his base of operations. There surely were powerful mages, clerics, warriors and rogues there. He would become the power behind, and above, the powers. Let the human rulers think they controlled the city and its people - he would find a way to control them. But first... He gained in power with each shard he recovered. There were many more. Parts of his soul. Parts of his memory. He must find them.
"Our target is far to the south. Do you know any other cities closer to it we could teleport to?" Perhaps they should invest in a map. He looked around, taking in their surroundings in detail for the first time. "Where would we go, outside the city, to obtain a map?"
The dragon-in-human-form stares at the city of Waterdeep for a long moment. While she does so you let your senses take in the city and sense dragons inside the city itself. (Not going to come up with a list of all possible dragons that live in Waterdeep; we'll just agree there are a variety.) In particular though you sense one dragon you can control, a Black dragon, inside the protection of the city's dragon shield.
Tiondidirth turns from her glare at the city and runs a hand up through her golden hair. "Map?" She asks with a look to you. "I don't know this area any better than you do, as I made my home in the far north. She shrugs though. "I have some maps in my horde, though many of them are likely well outdated. We can look through them, or simply fly up and see what other rat nests are in the area."
Leareth pursed his lips, displeased. So there actually were dragons within? Perhaps the mythal had some gaps or weaknesses. Or perhaps under certain conditions a dragon could get in. Most unfortunate, since it made the city much less suitable as his base... But he was flexible enough to deal with this disappointment. If he could not have this particular mythal, perhaps he could get or raise another elsewhere. Eventually... That black dragon attracted his attention for the moment. Though far too chaotic for his tastes, it too could be an important part of his network.
"Tiondidirth, I'll go in and see if I can get in touch with that skull dragon. I'd have preferred a green or a blue... but there don't seem to be any such there. I want you to try to get into the city - I suspect there may be gaps or weaknesses in the mythal. Try going in from multiple directions, from the air and if possible from underground. You might way to nightfall so that you are not seen. I will come to this spot when I'm done, or in 24 hours. Meet me here then."
He took out his special spellbook and located the page where the ritual he needed was inscribed, then proceeded to cast it to create a phantom steed, mounted and rode off into the city.
Yuno nods, "I... Understand. I am... honestly happy to meet others like me here. I... wish to regain my full power. It is scary that I will become the one that killed so many and caused so much needless destruction... but... I believe I can learn to be... this version of myself that I currently am even with such power. So... shall we regroup with the rest? I can sense other dragons... I presume they are your friends... moving slowly. "

Tiondidirth gives a nod. Even as you start bringing forth your mount the dragon, still in their elf form, turns and starts walking around the city, feeling the shield with her senses as she does so.
As you ride into the city you pass thorugh its North gates and into a area of the city filled with old-looking estates and a few scattered tall towers. The sense of the black dragon is from ahead of you, further South, so you continue in that direction. Passing into an area with even grander houses, and with the palace off to the East, the mountain, castle on its slopes, looming to the West. The sense of the dragon leads you to a tavern. The sign outside of it proclaims it as The Yawning Portal.
Even as Chysen begins to dive down after the chaos dragon, Fraty, again in dragon form, breaks through the top of the roiling storm clouds and flies back up to join you all.
Leareth As you enter the tavern you find a large open room, with a huge open pit in the center. The pit has walls around it, and a block and tackle clearly meant for raising and lowering things into that pit. The sense of the dragon though leads you to the bar, where you find a human-looking man wearing fine clothes speaking to a heavily-built man behind the bar. It quickly becomes obvious the two are discussing business arrangements, and seem to be friendly enough in their discussion, though it is more a friendliness out of respect rather than honest liking of each other. The well-dressed man is the dragon.
Honor will also lead the way to the castle. On the way, she'll relay to Higgul that he does not want to get on Yuno's bad site. "Hopefully she's sincere at least about not picking fights with any of us. If she starts to get in a snit about something, just try and redirect her."
Main group You all return to the flying castle. Yuno, this is a very large flying castle. It has two towers, plus a main keep. There is also a good deal of cloud-ground in the front of both the keep and the two towers.
Higgul gives Honor a nod to acknowledge the information about the newcomer to the group.
(Bigger post coming later, just on for a few minutes right now. Feel free to RP between the main group at the castle as you like though.)
"Where... is a very good question indeed." Kierro replies, after making sure that Yuno is out of earshot. "My first thought would be to simply draw her ire long enough for her target to escape on the back of a dragon down to Grivryn, and hide there until she returns to her prese-"
The cleric cuts himself off, staring off toward the east. "...there's a mythral dragon. Towards the mainland, so we won't have to deviate from our current path. Looks to be about four days ahead of us; I'd like to fly ahead and meet them once we're closer - perhaps a day or so from where it is."

The open pit naturally attracted his attention - it's not the sort of thing one usually expected to find in a tavern. Garbage disposal? It seemed excessively large for that. He made a mental note to find out what was up with it at another time. Making his way to the bar he took a seat next to the polymorphed dragon. Leareth nodded at him but did not interrupt. He had plenty of time. The dragon must have noticed him long before now, probably could sense him approach and knew he was no ordinary elf. He waited until there was a lull in their conversation, then addressed him. "Leareth's the name. Odd to find you here. I've a business proposition for you, if you're interested."
Turning, the black dragon, in human-form, looks you over. "What sort of business do you have in mind?" He asks with a raised eyebrow. (You should know that, while you can sense dragons, they have no special ability to sense you, or know you are more than you appear to be.)
