Yevele will also seek out a quiet area to rest, preferably a spot close to the infirmary. The monk will spend half an hour meditating before going to sleep. During the meditation, she will try and send her ki out to help Thia heal.
OOC I realize that Yevele can't use her ki to help Thia heal, but, she feels guilty about leaving everyone behind to fight while she ran off on an errand.
Thrax looks at his companions, “The enemy seeks to disrupt our rest, but I think we have disrupted their plansss instead. They will need to regroup in the morning, but so will we... and we will be ready for them again. So long as that dragon doesn’t show up again anyway!”

Smoke moves to a quiet spot next to some cover to rest. His eyes only jolt open again at the mention of the dragon showing up again. They were no match before but now wounded and tired would be worse.
He tries to shake it off. We should get some rest while we can.

Amid the silence, your weary bodies find rest once more. Thia awakes nearly two hours after your return, her wounds fully bandaged and lying among dozens of injured guards and townsfolk in the infirmary. Yevele rests nearby, to the side of the makeshift cot that Thia lies atop.
Thia gets slowly and unsteadily to her feet. Where am I? What hit me? Looking around and spotting Yevele some degree of memory returns and she feels somewhat relieved. Must be back at the keep. Noticing a large number of injured people around here she surmises she must be in the infirmary. I should leave this place free for someone who needs it. Swooning and collapsing back onto the bed she groans. Okay, maybe that's me. She clambers back into the cot and shuts her eyes, trying to get some much-needed sleep...
OOC: Unfortunately not. Short rests and long rests are mutually exclusive in 5E, so this counts as an interruption during a long rest (as long as it doesn't last an hour, it will not affect the long rest).
Yevele wakes up at the shouts from the parapet. Seeing Thia up and awake, the monk flashes her a smile, but, also motions for her to stay put, mouthing "I'll go see what is happening."
She will then head out into the courtyard and up to the parapet to see what is going on.
Smoke wakes up after a few of the shouts still curled up in a ball reluctant to acknowledge the alarm at first, hoping it is just a bad dream.
Slowly getting up he looks at the guards on the wall in a few directions to see if all are looking towards the same spot or if multiple sides of the keep are on alert.
Rogram's eyes pop open, but then close back tightly again as he groans in response to the shouts. As the shouting continues, the half-dwarf gets to his feet and limps into the center of the courtyard to look up at the parapets to try to figure out what is going on.
Thrax wakes up suddenly as he hears the clamoring from the ramparts. He dons his shield and armor and pauses for a short moment to pray for the protection of Gond before heading out to join the soldiers.

Governor Nighthill emerges from the tower to join Yevele and Thrax upon the walls, while Rogram and Smoke take in the situation from below. Thia remains in the infirmary, hearing the occasional call of direction and murmuring from folks nearby who are similarly waking.
The guards are looking in a singular location, out toward the path leading to the keep's main gate, where Thrax and Yevele can see that more than a dozen forms are approaching, shadowed by darkness. Some guards level their crossbows, but a raised hand from Governor Nighthill lowers them. "Hold. Let's see what they are about first," he says.
Gathering his belongings and noticing the guards all look in one direction outside the main gate Smoke will move up towards the parapet himself but make sure he is somewhere on the side. Not close to the main host of guards but at a distance in order to look over the wall but not be in any direct danger incase the guards are attacked.
While moving up the stairs Smoke will keep watch of the skies, just in case a certain dragon makes another visit to the keep.
Is there a way to look out while on the ground? A peep hole or arrow slit? If so, Rogram will head there. Otherwise, the half-dwarf will climb the stairs and get to just where he can see what is going on, knowing he's no good on the wall unless attackers are climbing it.
