An arrow thunks into Orvex's chest during the fight. He slams against a wall in the shrine and sinks to his rump, and then falls over as life fades from him. He is dead. (This is a plot twist, so there is no saving him, unfortunately)

Kira, beyond the walls of the shrine, on top of a tall ruin nearby, something catches your eyes during the fight, especially by quickly tracing the trajectory of the arrow.
A humanoid with the lower body of a snake and the upper body spies at you openly from a distance. His upper body is mostly covered in mummy wrap as if he has suffered great injury. What's more concerning is that he is flanked by many yuan-ti who are closer to the shine, one of them carrying the long bow that killed Orvex, and they are far too many than you can count.
Slowly, he raises his arm pointing at you all, and blows a horn from his other hand.
The yuan-ti begin to rush to your position. Judging by how many there are, they will flank you all in the shrine in about two rounds.

Kitsune ferociously jumps into melee with the monkey all at once. She'll first attack Monkey2, and once that monkey is down, continue her attack onto Monkey4.
Astra hisses a curse under his breath when he sees Orvex get shot dead and there is nothing he can do about it. Heeding to Kira's words, the wizard very quickly goes after the cube, flicking his wrist to cause it to disappear. "Finish the last of them and let's go!"
Faust will help anyone who is looking to finish off the monkey's.

The monkeys have to make a DC15 Dex Save to take half of 22 fire damage, as does any Yuan-Ti that chases the party through the wall. "All right, now it's really time to get goin'!" And Asha will take off. Bonus action, have the hammer swing at the remaining monkey

As you guys bolt out of the shrine, you can see in all directions yuan-ti warriors and spellcasters with weapons converging on your position. In the distance, Ras Nsi holds a flaming sword up high, clearly giving orders to the mass of soldiers approaching you all.
You look in each direction, up and down the main road and even around you. Ras Nsi can see you all, high ahead are swarms of bats pinging your location like a gps. Within a few moments, you will be overtaken.
In response, five undead like monkey horrors blink into existence, screaming and flailing at you all. Roll for monkeynitiative.
