Rekuberk glares when he overhears that the man is trying to over charge them, his clenching and unclenching into a fist. He looks ready to leave but only keeps up the vaguest facade of calm due to his companions.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Krom takes the diamond and puts it his bag "This, once reduced to dust, should be enough for several healing rituals." says to the rest of the group.
The dwarf says to the speaker "I got what I was searching for Speaker. Shall we continue our conversation downstairs? Or call Rhogar upstairs? He may have other questions or requests for you." Krom scratches his beard "A question Speaker, have you seen a couple of tieflings wearing a sword-shaped amulets? Or have you heard rumours of shards made of black ice here in Targos?" The dwarf pays attention to the reactions of the Speaker and the tiefling guard as he finishes to speak. (Insight19)
Kazri puts her gold bag back into her backpack. "Perhaps I may find what I am looking for in Bryn Shander. It is of no rush at any rate." She says to no one in particular.
(Looking for a 300gp diamond for Revivify. FYI)

The dwarf looks at Chill and Rekuberk as he continues "It's a very taxing ritual, I will be able to perform it only once tomorrow, but do not worry, in a couple of days you will be both healed."

Kazri looks at Naerth. "Townspeaker, if there are no need for our services in town, we would like to retire for the day. There is still much travel to be done, and we welcome a place to stay for the night. We thank you for your hospitality." She waits for everyone to exit the room.

Meanwhile back in the main tavern room, Rhogar had since given up on trying to chase after Gorrah, and instead tried to strike up conversation with Owenn the proprietor."I do apologize for my, uhm, more petite compatriots run about. Despite being she is, her fondness of small mammalian creature is rather insatiable at times. And I do hope your, uhm... furry guests? I hpe you're not, uh, too attached to them. Owenn Tarsenel frowns at Rhogar as he stands polishing some glasses. "Doesn't really matter how I came to own this bar if this blasted winter never ends. I'll be out of business soon enough with trade at a near standstill." The man is clearly depressed by the on going winter. "As for Naerth? He likes the place, says it reminds him of home. He finds it a decent place to be at the center of things and able to meet people easily." He continues to clean glasses for a few moments and then asks Rhogar a question. "I'll give you 20 gold for that little pet of yours. If it like to eat rats she's more than welcome here."
Meanwhile the others have finished their conversation and business dealings with Naerth and return to the common room to secure lodging for the night.
"A gold piece each for the night and that includes dinner and a meal to break the fast when you are done sleeping. I'd say in the morning but we don't get mornings anymore, not for a couple years now." Owenn Tarsenel says about the rooms
"Here you go, 5 gold pieces for 5 rooms." says Krom as he gives the gold to the innkeeper.
The dwarf walks by Rhogar and says to the dragonborn "We purchased what we were looking for Rhogar, within a couple of days, both Rekuberk and Chill will be healed." He lowers his tone of voice as he continues "The two tieflings with the sword-shaped amulets have not been seen in this town."
Rather than be offended as he might've months ago, the Dragonborn chuckled at the offer. "If you wish to pay her for her work while we're here than by all means. But unfortunately, the old girl is rather too attached to me to leave behind. But, if you're interested in summoning your own and have the aptitude for it, I could get you in contact with my patron."Rhogar puts the offer out at the very least.
Soon enough, his attention is drawn to the arrival of the others. He greets them with a grin and waves them over in eagerness to hear the good news. "Good news to hear on both accounts all things considered! For if nothing else in the case of the tieflings at least, their influence on things is a limited thing."

"I thank you Master Krom." Kazri says referring about her room payment. She is usually not bothered by pests, but she is a slightly disturbed by the amount of the furry ones scurrying around this establishment, but she tries not to pay attention to this minor detail, and retires to her room. "Good night everyone."

Chill sat quietly in his room and looked into the gray bag of tricks. Perhaps he could pull out a weasel to keep the rats away. But what if it was a wolf or panther? Or an elk? Yeah that would be bad. Guess he'll just put up with it.
As soon as he is in his room, Krom takes out the pouch with the diamond and smashes into dust with a precise strike of his war hammer. From another pouch, the dwarf takes out a set of ten small metal miniatures. Krom polishes and examines each miniature for several minutes before putting them back in their pouch. "Time to sleep!" says to himself as he prepares to get some sleep.

Day 6, Month of Alturiak is much like the rest of the days you have spent in Icewind Dale. The weather is cold, the wind blows and snow falls. The dim darkness remains but there is enough light to travel by. It's a 2 hour walk from Targos to Bryn Shander and you pass a lone wagon drawn by a horse that is headed to Targo. The half-elf sitting in the driver's seat nods politely but its clear from his expression that he does not wish to talk and questions for news are met with silence as he moves on towards Targos.
At the gates of Bryn Shander there are guards, but your reputation, or stories of you, have reached the guards and you are not questioned as you enter the city through the North Gate. Kazri is not even questioned about Oli, the owlbear that follows her everywhere.
Before leaving Targos, as the group finishes to eat their breakfast, Krom sits next to Rekuberk. The dwarf takes out from one of his pouches some diamond dust and uses it to write the dwarven rune of healing. Krom then chants an hymn of abjuration (Greater restoration) causing the rune to sparkle. As soon as the dwarf finishes his hymn, the rune vanishes from the table and briefly appears on the half-orc's forehead. "Here you go lad" Krom pats Rekuberk on the shoulder "You should feel better now."
As the group finally reaches Bryn Shander, Krom says to the group "We should speak with the Speaker, she may have news about the followers of the Frost Maiden." He scratches his beard as he continues "Speaking of that, we should find Hlin Trollbane and inform her that we took care of Sephek so that we can collect our hundred gold pieces."

Naerth considers for a moment. Taking the gold bracelets he examines them for several moments and then nods.
"Agreed." He extends a hand to Chill to seal the deal.
After the exchange of gold, bracelets and the diamond Naerth smiles.
"A pleasure doing business with you. Is there anything we can assist you with while you are visiting Targos?"
Krom takes the diamond and puts it his bag "This, once reduced to dust, should be enough for several healing rituals." says to the rest of the group.

Naerth carefully wraps up the remaining diamonds and secures them back the the drawer as Krom asks his question.
"Hmm, does not sound familiar to me. How about you Skanth? Have you seen these tielflings?"
Skanth thinks for a moment and then responds "No, I cannot say that I have. Don't see too many tielflings 'round these parts. Sorry."
The two seem to be honest with you.

Owenn Tarsenel grimaces at the mention of paying the pet.
"Pay a pet? No. I'll pay you for the pet, but if she wants to eat for free, that's fine by me."
He takes the money offered by Krom and hands out keys to the rooms.
"Thank you sir. I can have food brought to a private dining room or you can eat in the common room."
Rekuberk moves to go to his room, barricading the door with anything that is large enough to do so with.
