Rhogar stops to look at the portcullis but finds nothing , no runes, no markings.
Entering the building you find that a maze of cell-lined corridors fills this area. All the cell doors are made of iron, with small, barred windows set into them at eye level. Many of the cells contain the frozen bodies of prisoners who likely died when Ythryn crashed or who perished from starvation not long afterward. The cell doors are still locked.
As you explore you come upon a collapsed wall. Perring inside you see a fifteen-foot-square infirmary in disarray, with an operating table in the middle of the room. Leather straps extend from one side of the table, into the air above its surface, and fasten to the other side. The shape suggests that something or someone invisible is lashed to the table.
Mildly disappointed though he was, Rhogar at least carried on inside still eager and curious to see what yet remained of the building. Though as the party continued to progress down the corridors his expression turned both increasingly grim and disgusted. "Though my people aren't want to seek or sing the praises of higher powers, I... I find myself at least hoping that when Ythryn fell, it was far too sudden for them to have had a chance to spare these prisoners their fate. But, from what we know so far of the netherese I doubt-...." The dragonborn's words peter off from there as the group finally come across the infirmary.
"Is that... No...No, it wouldn't make sense."He shakes his head, then glares at the maybe not so empty spot on the table. "Short of curse or peculiarity of a creatures physiology, any lingering ability to remain invisible would've ended not long after death... Unless..."He frowns and looks away but briefly. "You there! On the table! Can you understand us?"He calls into the room should none caution against it. Then he repeats his words in draconic for good measure, figuring at least the elder tongue might net some results at least. But until either Kazri or others actually entered the room, he'd remain for the time being hovering by the way and awaiting any response.

(Kazri would have entered first.) Upon hearing Rhogar yell towards the direction of the table, Kazri almost drops her sword. She gets closer to the operating table. With her shield in front of her, she lightly touches whatever it might be with the pommel of her sword, and takes a step back.
(Should Kazri use her Divine Sense here? There are two more charges left.)

Krom shares Rhogar's disappointment as the group begins to explore the building "A prison...I guess that those netherese wizards knew how to build things to last...still I wasn't expecting to find such a building here."
As the group finds the infirmary and the dragonborn addresses the invisible creature, the dwarf, paying attention to remain at least 10ft from the table, takes a step closer.
"Kazri, can you sense if it is an undead? As far as I know, Rhogar is correct, an invisibility spell or charm should not still be active after all this time." says Krom before asking Chill "Do you see anything out of the ordinary? Recent tracks?"
Following Kazri you enter the room as Rhogar calls out to what certainly appears to be a figure strapped to the table. He, however, receives no answer. But when Kazri prods whoever, or whatever, is on the table you hear a soft groan. Whatever it is, it is still alive.
Chill looks around. He finds no recent tracks, the ice and frost on the ground is undisturbed. He does however see that there is some wording on the table, but he cannot make it out as it is covered in frost.
"They are not undead then, but they do not seem to understand us." says Krom scratching his beard "Or at least they do not understand common or draconic." Krom takes a couple of steps forward. "What about dwarvish? Do you understand me?" asks the dwarf in his native language. "Maybe they understand only elvish like those mutated creatures or the ghost, Professor, ask them something in elvish." asks Krom after taking out from his backpack the Orb.
"I don't see recent activity within this area. But there is something written on the table there. I cannot make it out." Chill says as he returns to the fallen wall to watch their backs.
Anyone who speaks Draconic would be able to see that while the letters on the table are unreadable for the moment due to frost they appear to be in that language.
The Orb calls out to the invisible figure in Loross and elvish but receives no answer.
"Perhaps clearing the frost and reading the words on the table will help understand what you are dealing with." The orb offers as way of advice.
Kazri steps back, so the others can try to decipher the writing on the table. She stay on alert, and uses her Divine Sense to see if she can tell what this creature is.

Krom takes out his smithing tools and begins to chip away the frost on the table. "Give me a couple of minutes, I should be able to clear it." says as he continues to work. "It's a bit strange that the invisible creature does not seem to understand us at all, maybe it cannot speak."
"Whatwhat?"Rhogar asks, snapping out of reverie induced from studying the table at large. "Frost? Reading?"Once the writing once more is pointed out, he "ahs" and chuckles before manuevering around for a better looking at the wording over Krom's shoulders. All while the dwarf worked to clear up the ice a fair bit more. "Or perhaps it might be in too much pain at the moment, given how it groaned earlier. Though alas, without some particularly potent miracle convert our words into perhaps more meaningful for the creature, we may be at a touch of a loss."He mentions, sounding somewhat distant towards the end as more of his attention went to trying to translate the writing.
