OOC: It was just a reminder from the Order of Protectors and Magistrates to respond to their inquiry about joining them. It's akin to when you lease a new car or apply for a loan and you get junk mail about credit cards and other loan services you've never heard of.

Demalis and Lussa, you leave for House Amcanthra to discuss the upcoming event. As you do, you see more people are out and about, likely because of spring. You make it to the House Amcanthra's gates without incident.
Sybil you begin searching for magic items and don't have any trouble finding shops. There's Aurora's Emporium, Xoblob's Shop, which has some rods on display in the window, and a new shop called Gilmore's Glorious Goods with a big sign that reads "Now Open in Waterdeep!"
"I feel like I'm going to regret this," Sybil says to no one in particular before stepping tothe new shop.

Sybil, you notice the outside is made up of deep blue and purple fabrics draped over the building, which had been painted with various colors. The entryway has no door, but rather many beads and cloth drapes that as meant to be pushed aside. This entrance is unconventional at first, but it works as a red-haired gnome woman with a slightly annoyed expression walks out ahead of an orc and silver-scaled dragonborn. "We should have gone to Food and Stuff," the gnome says as they walk down the street.
Pushing the beads aside, you notice the interior of the shop is magically enchanted to be bigger on the inside than it was on the outside. The business is actually a large two-story building. Incense and perfumes fill the air. A series of ever-burning candles in sconces adorned the walls. On the first floor, tables bearing glass cases resided within the center of the room, and there was a long, wooden counter on the far end. Staring upward, you can see some of the second story was where adventuring gear could be found, such as belts, armor, weapons, and enchanted rings.
As you begin to walk, you see a man dressed in purple robes a slight paunch, with long, thick, coarse black hair, with some gray streaks in it, that he ties back into a ponytail. As does any store employee, he begins to walk toward you, giving the standard greeting. "Welcome, customer, to the newest Gilmore's Glorious Goods location. Our first day in Waterdeep. I am Shaun GIlmore, owner of this business. Tell me, what can I do for you?"

Demalis you see the groundskeeper and he nods. "Right away." He goes inside and a few seconds later and Lois opens the door. "Demalis, Lussa. Good to see you? Come in, I'll bring out the wines."
She goes into the back room and returns with a rolling table with four bottles labeled - Cormyrean Red, Moradin's Merlot, Falconhand Chardonay, and Alustriel Pinot. "I have two reds and two whites."
Another woman, who looks similar to Lois only she has darker hair, arrives with a plate of fruit - grapes, pineapple and bananas, as well as olives, and cheese.
"This is my sister Carolyn," Lois begins. "We've got a few different options. Did you want to go to logistics as well? Do you have a specific guest list or will you just let people enter?"

Delmalis frowns, "I'd like to make it public, but we've already got a confirmed invitation out to the open Lady of the city, and that would probably mean a certain amount of security. Could we extend it to a two day even? First evening make it a private, invite only event, and the second day make it an all day open door event? As for the wines, it's your wine, and I trust your judgement on this, but my associate has more experience in these matters than I do."

Lois nods. "We'll bring all four to the event. Lady Silverhand has an open invitation? That's interesting. You might not have to worry about security. Lady Silverhand isn't someone people want to mess with, but we'll bring extra food and wine just in case. If we make it a two-day event, we could make it a grand opening type of event."

I see some use of that in my business,"
