Hello, I have a question about Dread Ambusher and Extra Attack.
... If you take the Attack action on that turn, you can make one additional weapon attack as part of that action. If that attack hits, the target takes an extra 1d8 damage of the weapon's damage type.
Extra Attack
Beginning at 5th leveI, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
So at the first turn, does a gloomstalker ranger make three attacks, is it right ? So does he make three rolls for Attacks and Damage ?
For example, with a bow, 1d8 + 2 + 1d8 (dread ambusher) + 1d8 + 2 for the damage ?
When a creature can't see you, you have advantage on attack rolls against it.

Are there advantage on three attack rolls ?
This is somewhat dependant on why you are not seen. If you are hiding then you normally become noticed when making an attack and thus would only get the advantage on the first attack. However if there is some other feature/rule involved (darkness, target being blinded or something) then you could very well have advantage on all three attacks.
The answers to all your questions is yes, but your example is slightly off, so I'll break it down:
Turn 1 attack action with longbow and +2 DEX mod:
Normal attack: +5 attack roll. If it hits deal 1d8+2 piercing damage.
Extra attack: +5 attack roll. If it hits deal 1d8+2 piercing damage.
Dread ambush attack: +5 attack roll. If it hits deal 2d8+2 piercing damage
Attack mod would be +7 if you have archery fighting style, and you will have advantage on all attacks if you are invisible, but only on the first attack if you were hidden.

Yes, three attacks are made on the first turn. Each attack is identical has its own attack roll and damage roll.
You have advantage on all three attack rolls if you remain unseen/invisibile (thanks to something like your Umbral Sight feature).
If he has both Extra Attack and Dread Ambusher then yes, he would get to make three attacks. And each attack has its own attack and damage rolls.
