Can my monk finally use a heavy weapon with Githyanki's Astral Knowledge rule from monsters from the multi-universe?

You can absolutely gain proficiency in a heavy weapon using that trait.
...But it won't count as a monk weapon, even as a Dedicated Weapon, unless you're a Kensei Monk and said weapon is a longbow.
Helpful rewriter of Japanese->English translation and delver into software codebases (she/e/they)
If I get a magic weapon will it work on it also?

Being magic doesn't negate the restrictions (can't have the heavy or special property), but it doesn't prevent it from working if it would have anyway.
Would you lose flurry of blows?

No. FoB only requires you take the attack action first. It can be with or without a monk weapon

No. Monks are crippled pretty bad by armor/shield, but weapons are fine.
So you can still swing with your greatsword for 2d6+STR, then flurry of blows for 1d4+STR/DEX ×2.
But you can't do the normal bonus action strike without Ki, since that requires attacking with a monk weapon/strike.
