A player in my party was recently disintegrated, leaving behind only her magical items. If she is brought back with the Wish / True Resurrection spell, would she return with all of her un-magical items as well? Things like her clothes, money, journal, maps, etc.
For True Resurrection the answer is no. It can completely recreate the dead creatures body, but says nothing about creating or restoring lost possessions.
For Wish the answer is probably yes as it can accomplish pretty much anything as long as the DM allows it. However, it would be a strenuous wish and entail all the risks and penalties that come with it.
I imagine it is pretty common in actual play to overlook this complication and say that True Resurrection restores the mundane equipment too. However, if you want to deal with this RAW there is the spell Fabricate or just borrowing gold from the party and buying what you need.

I agree that it's common to overlook the RAW here, but in this case, I disagree with just ignoring it. I think it makes a little more sense to me (and adds an element of consequences to the game) to say that the character is regenerated without any armor, weapons, currency, gear, or even clothing.
Wish, on the other hand, is limited only by your imagination and your DM's generosity. If you specify in the wish that you want the equipment back, your DM might give some of all of it to the PC upon its regeneration.
