Xeyd, keep in mind that that was zero G ( no effective gravity field). Reverse gravity HAS A gravity field that the flying creatures can sense so it’s got a momentary disorientation. So flying creatures should Dex save ( probably with advantage) to reorient themselves for the 100’ diameter of the spell then a second Dex save ( probably with advantage) to reorient themselves again when they leave the field. Why with advantage? Flying creatures are used to orienting themselves in 3d ground creatures are not ( scuba divers can get turned around and upside down real easily in murky water BTDT, fish don’t).
