2. Are there negative effects from eating more than one berry within 24 hours?
3. What effect do Goodberries have on Maw Demons or Tarrasques
4. Why have Druids not solved World Hunger in Dnd? (Plant Growth, Goodberry, etc.)
They look like berries, and they taste good.
Not unless you consider healing 1 hp a negative effect.
They have enough nourishment to be sustained for a day. I.e., the tarrasque won't starve. I reckon it'll still be a bit peckish, though.
Because hunger is a part of the natural circle that the majority of Druids seek to protect. Get rid of hunger, and soon enough there will be barely any nature. Also, spells are tough.

The Maw Demon will still be hungry, because its always hungry, the Tarrasque might refrain from eating more creatures and will switch to just chewing on them for a bit.
Because there aren't enough druids, and even less that can cast 3rd level spells, also, they have other places to be, and things to do. (Like, speak with plants.)

Goodberry is a 1st level spell create food and water is a 3rd level spell .
Ask your DM they created the world though if you ask nicely you might get whatever flavor you like. I believe they are quite large as it takes an action to eat one, you can not put 5 in your mouth at once
No
They will not NEED to eat again that day but that does not mean they won't.(same reason as 2)
Ask your DM, there may be very few druids in the world, they might not be willing to do so. Or want to be paid too much, typically a spellcaster charges 10gp for a 1st level spell, 10 poor people live on 2gp a day and that includes enough food to sustain them as well as everything else they need.
I know - but plant growth isn't. And imho, there's still would be too few druids with too few goodberries per day to accomplish ending world hunger. There is not a druid behind every tree ;)

Depends on the DM, I know worlds where every NPC has a class
