I'm wanting to dual wield with my Hexblade, but just wanted to get some clarification around the rules. Generally, the off hand attack doesn't benefit from the attack damage bonus, however:
2 questions.
HEX - "You place a curse on a creature that you can see within range. Until the spell ends, you deal an extra 1d6 necrotic damage to the target whenever you hit it with an attack. Also, choose one ability when you cast the spell. The target has disadvantage on ability checks made with the chosen ability."
Does that mean that if a target has Hex on them, then you get 1d6 additional damage form each attack? even the off hand attack?
Similar question for Hexblades Curse:
"Hexblade’s Curse
Starting at 1st level, you gain the ability to place a baleful curse on someone. As a bonus action, choose one creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The target is cursed for 1 minute. The curse ends early if the target dies, you die, or you are incapacitated. Until the curse ends, you gain the following benefits:
You gain a bonus to damage rolls against the cursed target. The bonus equals your proficiency bonus."
Do you get the bonus to damage for both primary and offhand attacks?
Yes, it does mean that you get the bonus damage for every attack, including off hand.
Note that two weapon fighting typically uses up you bonus action and things like Hex and Curse also use your bonus action, which means you miss out on the TWF everytime you cast Hex or curse.
The other downside to Dual Wielding or TWF as a Hexblade is that things like Hex Warrior and Pact of the Blade only apply to one weapon, not paired weapons

Ah.. that spoils my plan :( I was hoping to have one in each hand..
Finally having both hands occupied does impair your spellcasting to a point, although unless you take the dual wielder feat you can probably skate by without needing to actively track the drawing and sheathing of one weapon. Until you take Improved Pact Weapon you’ll need to sheathe for any spell with a M or S component, and after you still need to when there’s an S without an M, or the M has a price.

Guess I'll stick with great sword then
You can talk to your DM about it to see if they'll let you fudge things a bit, but yeah, mechanically dual wielding and hexblade don't fit together well

I mean, you’re still going to want at least moderate DEX to go with the medium armor, so it’s not wholly unworkable.
