Imagine this: a creature under the effects of Spider Climb takes a rope with several heavy objects tied to it (like an anvil, or a few other reckless creatures) and climbs up a wall. The creature is strong, able to hold the combined weight of all of this due to a combination of a different spell (Enhance Ability) and their natural strength.
Would the spell be able to support this weight? Is there any risk of, say, the spell reaching an arbitrary weight capacity and failing (like an Immovable Rod)? Or are they purely reliant on the strength of the first creature to keep the rope and its hangers-on aloft?

I don't think the spell would have any effect on how much the creature could carry or lift. If it was meant to do that, it would say so.
