Technically speaking, could one gain the advantage of the Actor feat, AT ALL TIMES, when they have the Faceless background?
The Faceless background says "Characters with the faceless background don a disguise — literally or otherwise — as they adventure."
And Actor says "You have advantage on Charisma (Deception) and Charisma (Performance) checks when trying to pass yourself off as a different person."
I read this as: "Your Faceless character is always in a disguise, pretending to be someone else, therefore you're always acting."
That seems like a bit of a stretch. I think the intent of that part of the Actor feat is that it's meant to apply to checks made to actually convince people that you're someone that you're not, not to every Deception and Performance check you make while disguised.
