So, this is something that I haven't been able to find an answer for in the player's handbook; how many times can a Weapon Mastery property be used per turn? If you just keep swinging a sword around, can you use its weapon mastery property every time you attack with it?
It depends on the Weapon Mastery. Some have restrictions:
- Cleave: "... You can make this extra attack only once per turn." - Nick: "When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn."
Others do not, such as Push or Vex.
But even Vex or Slow has some kind of restriction:
- Slow: "... If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet." - Vex: "... you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn."

This exactly. The mastery descriptions give you their own limiters on usage.

To follow up on this, is there anything official on order of operations? This could be important for things like push. if you're a fighter and you're multi-hitting, you hit with your first attack and choose to push, it should be out of range for the subsequent attacks on your turn. But, I have not seen anything official on that. To be fair, I have not looked so it may be there in plain sight.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.

Things happen, by default, just after their trigger unless otherwise specified. Push triggers "if you hit a creature". Damage is triggered in the same way, so both those things happen and the order is up to the player.
A multi-attack player could definitely find themselves pushing an enemy out of their reach, but the Push effect is optional, so it didn't need to be used every attack. However, if the player has movement left to follow betweenattacks then they could push the same enemy repeatedly in a turn and really influence the layout of the battle significantly.
Just to add something from my side. The only official rule I can think of related to crzyhawk's question is the one about resolving "Simultaneous Effects":
If two or more things happen at the same time on a turn, the person at the game table—player or DM—whose turn it is decides the order in which those things happen. For example, if two effects occur at the start of a player character’s turn, the player decides which of the effects happens first.
Also, there are some threads I believe could be useful, related to stacking/timing:

I agree with RegentCorreon.

- Trip Attack + Topple Weapons/ Topple Mastery
- Do Mastery Effects and Similar Effects From Other Sources Stack
- The Charger Feat combined with the Push Weapon Mastery & Extra Attack
