The new Thonot does not have an increase to damage in its stat block when Bloodied as it should.
Not sure where to report errata recommendations, but seems this was overlooked when Wounded Fury was rewritten. The standard Quaggoth stat block shows the increase in damage in its Claw action, so I assume the Thonot's was just missed.
It seems like an intentional change to the Stat Block for a Quaggoth Thonot. Both the Quaggoth and Quaggoth Thonot for 2014 had the same Wounded Fury, which kicked in at 10 HP, and the same Base HP, and the same Claw Attack. There wasn't a lot to set them apart, other than a couple of spells.
In the new 2024 versions, the Quaggoth still has the same Base HP, the new Bloodied Fury, and the bonus to Slashing Damage when Bloodied - it's pretty much the same as before, just some things moved around, and the Advantage and Damage Buff now kick in at 22 HP (Bloodied at half HP) rather than 10 HP.
The Quaggoth Thonot on the other hand got an extensive overhaul, by comparison. It's Base HP has gone up by 22 Points to 67 HP, which means that the Advantage on Attacks kicks in much earlier at 33 HP instead of the 22 HP of the standard Quaggoth, or the 10 HP of the older Quaggoth Thonot. It now also has additional Psychic Damage with EVERY hit. Previously it had no Psychic Damage at all from the Claw attack, but now it gets it at all times, it doesn't even have to be Bloodied for this to happen. It seems very intentional that the extra Slashing Damage when Bloodied was omitted since it now has Advantage for much longer, and it deals extra Psychic Damage every time it hits.
