The PHB says that "If you ever lose a feat’s prerequisite, you can’t use that feat until you regain the prerequisite."
The prerequisite for the Aberrant Dragonmark feat is "No existing dragonmark," and the text of the feat clearly states that "You have manifested an aberrant dragonmark."
This means that having taken the Aberrant Dragonmark feat (because it counts as a dragonmark) prohibits you from using said feat. I guess it's really aberrant.
Now, I realize that this is almost certainly not RAI, and that it would be quite easy to say "Houserule: the prerequisite is now 'no other existing dragonmark,'" but it is still funny.
