As the title ask can these two feats stack? Sentinel works when someone moves and provokes attack of opportunity you swing and on hit the target speed becomes zero and therefore can't move away, Mage Slayer lets you attack as a reaction if a caster cast a spell and is 5ft from you. So if An enemy cast misty step and the war caster feat lets you attack as a reaction to the spell, does the enemy still move 30ft away or does Sentinel feat also kick in and keep him there due to speed becoming 0. Or does the spell let him teleport the 30ft and does he lose his movement?
Sentinel only reduces movement to 0 if you use an Opportunity Attack.
The Mage Slayer feat does not allow an Opportunity Attack, it just allows an Attack with a Reaction when someone casts within 5 ft.
and as per the rules for Opportunity Attacks: “You also don't provoke an opportunity attack when you teleport or when someone or something moves you without using your movement, action, or reaction.”
As they said, misty step won't trigger AoO so no sentinel. Setting that aside, if your speed is reduced to 0 by some other means and you cast misty step, you will still be teleported to your target, likely (though not always) escaping what was reducing your speed.
The reaction spell provided by war caster, the attack sentinel provides against enemies attacking your allies, and the attack provided by mage slayer (since Brewksy mentioned it) are not opportunity attacks, they just happen to use your reaction. This means that they don't cause enemies' speed to be reduced to 0 if they hit.
Thanks for clarifying and understanding what I meant lol, change the title and put in the right feat. Thanks for the help as always D&D community are very helpful.
Misty Step and other teleportation spells/abilities do not work off a creature's movement speed (as noted), nor do they provoke attacks of opportunity (as noted).
These types of abilities are primarily intended for escaping situations exactly like your scenario. Mage Slayer explicitly requires a spell to have been cast before it can be triggered. It does not interrupt a spell in the process of being cast; that's what Counterspell is for. Once the Misty Step spell has been cast, Mage Slayer could trigger. However, your target is no longer there.
Mage Slayer is punishment, not prevention.

You don't know what fear is until you've witnessed a drunk bird divebombing you while carrying a screaming Kobold throwing fire anywhere and everywhere.
Would be nice that Mage Slayer had the ability to use cause a Concentration save as a reaction by attacking the target whenever they cast a spell (stuff like a Fireball or in this case Misty Step), if they fail, the spell is not casted and the spell slot is wasted.

Teleporting doesn’t require movement speed.

You mean mage slayer when you said warcaster. That confused me.
As Brewsky said.
