I feel bad for you. You asked for a link, and no one gave you one. This may or may not send you a notification, but hopefully it does? Anyways, here’s the link this guy didn’t give you(1.5 years late)
I am attempting to follow up on some peoples Daedric Artefacts in DnD. I am trying to (currently) do the ring of hiricine.
In D&D terms, the uncursed Ring of Hircine is a Ring of Lycanthropic Control allowing Lycanthropes to control their transformations at will. Note that it doesn't say anything about controlling yourself while transformed so it would be up to the DM whether or not it would allow the Lycanthrope to remain in control of themselves while transformed. However, the ability to transform at will should imply some sort of control of themselves while a lycanthrope.
The ring also doesn't give a creature lycanthropy or allow a creature without lycanthropy to change forms.
The cursed version of the ring can cause a lycanthropic transformation at random (10% when the ring is put on) and the ring can't be removed (though in skyrim, transforming into a lycanthrope moves the ring into your inventory). In addition, the cursed version specifically prevents the creature from controlling themselves when transformed. The lycanthrope will become a raging beast when transformed and be dangerous to be near since they will likely attack anyone nearby.

So the biggest change would be the fact that magic and stamina don't work the same way in D&D as they do in Skyrim (the former uses slots rather than a pool of points, and the latter doesn't really exist), but here is my best attempt
Azura's Star: Non attunable wondrous item that allows a player to instantly recharge a number of charges of other magic items (maybe 1d4+1), once per day
Ebony Mail: Plate mail, no disadvantage on stealth checks, ability to hide in dim light/darkness, 1d6 poison damage to hostile creatures who touch the wearer, hit them with a melee attack, or start their turn within 5 feet of the wearer
Ebony Blade: greatsword, once per turn deals 2d8 necrotic damage on a hit in addition to normal damage, the wielder regains hitpoints equal to half the necrotic damage dealt.
Goldbrand: longsword, deals 2d10 fire damage on a hit in addition to normal damage
Staff of Clavicus Vile: charges that allow expenditure to cast the "summon fiend" and similar spells
Wabbajack: Roll a d10, does a random effect (fireball, cure wounds, polymorph, etc)
Spellbreaker: Shield, use your reaction to cast Counterspell at lowest level a certain number of times a day, recharges at dawn
Ring of Namira: Advantage on intimidation checks, disadvantage on all other charisma checks, grants the "Hungry Jaws" Lizardfolk ability.
all good.
Just you the unofficial elder scrolls rule book everything is already done for you

I would love to discuss this as I want to do some similar things. Are you still working on this?
