No there isn't. Weights can vary widely even for creatures of the same size (a medium construct could exceed 500 lb while a medium skeleton could weigh less than 70 lb).
The PHB does have a "Random height and weight" table you can use, as does the Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica, and iirc Volo's Guide to Everything has a modifier chart in its contents that lists various optional races and suggested starting heights and base weights for them. Though mostly limited to small and Medium creatures for character playability, if nothing else those can be a good base to determine some creature values.
There is a size and spacing chart within PHB Chapter 9.
But yes.... the older editions did a (better? different?) job of providing some general height ranges for creatures of certain sizes, rather than just number of grid squares occupied. 5E only really presents that for player characters.
Thanks, everyone! I figured there was not something in the published works that had weight but I wanted to double-check before I looked at other info that is online.

Is there a table or reference that list weight by creature size?

If you search online, you can find size/weight charts for previous editions, but 5e streamlined sizes, so it's not one-to-one.

That's true, but here are some other related bits of info:
There are still height and weight info within each racial entry, and even a chart in the PHB and other sourcebooks that introduce races.
There is a size table for monsters in the MM Introduction.

I'm going to make this way harder than it needs to be.
