I'm not looking for like the Forgotten Realms wiki article.  I'm looking for stories, novels, etc. about the demon lord.  I've already got my own head and game canon with his designs in play in  somewhere in the background, and I got sort of a personality for him (basically Jesse Ventura's Man In Black from the classic X Files "Jose Chung's From Outer Space" and have already done a full throated professional wrestler voiced, "Your kind has yet to discover how neural networks create self consciousness, let alone how the mortal brain processes two dimensional retinal images into the three dimensional phenomenon known as perception. Yet YOU somehow brazenly declare ... 'seeing is believing'?"

But I want more.  Basically I want more sense of the personality, and frankly rather than push my brain coming up with devious evil, I'd be happy to crib some other author's work, might even have the few old heads that I have in my games get pushed into an "oh, I remember that set up" moment.  

So yeah, I want more characterization and style than events.
