Muammam Duathal is another name for Marthammor Duin according to the AD&D (2e) book Demihuman Deities.
I can see why they wanted to split them apart as mechanically it is easier managing the domains. I have a player who is a cleric of MD and have been looking in old books to create some flavor for him including unique spells.
I got a question about dwarven deities. What is the difference between Mathammer duin and muamman duathal.

Muamman Duathal is a Neutral Good deity of storms and travel, over the Tempest domain.
Wikis suggest Muamman is actually an aspect of Marthammor, but what you see above is what is told to us in 5e per Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes.

Yea i have been a Dwarven Tempest cleric of Marthammor Duin since i started in 5E. Call lightning is my go to spell.
