I play a Death Cleric 6 Undying Warlock 2 Protector Aasimar that is sworn to the church of Kelemvor.
Anticipating some upcoming RP and party questions that may follow that, I need to do a little research ahead of time.
Kelemvor, being God of The Dead, is entirely neutral, seeing death only as the great equaliser, and it being his duty to see that the souls of the departed get 'sorted' in to their respective afterlife, claimed by the other Gods and to generally take umbridge with anyone that'd break the natural order of things by creating undead.
What would his opinion be of fiends, devils & demons though? Things that typically are seen by the mortal man as things of ultimate evil. I'm partly inclined to believe he would be indifferent to them unless they took to raising the undead, as whether they're good or evil is of no consequence to Kelemvor himself as long as they don't break the natural order of things.
Anyone aware of anything to the contrary?

There's no direct information on this, so I'll give you some additional Lore around Kelemvor and my opinion based on it and what you've presented.
Kelemvor was originally a good-hearted human mercenary during the Times of Trouble. He assisted in ending the original problem. He, and some of his companions, were gifted Godhood to replace Gods that had died during this time. Problems occurred because he turned his realm into a paradise for the good and a punishment for the bad, causing a massive loss in worshipers and powers from the other Gods. In his reflection on this, he decided that he would instead group people based on their moralities and ethics if no other God would claim them, and only punish the faithless and false faith.
In my opinion some of his humanity still remains. His Doomguides (Clerics) focus on giving relief to grieving families through the idea that death is just a natural part of the order of life, and destroying the Undead mockery. Couldn't this be a rationalisation, to justify a piece of his humanity and the actions that result? Couldn't he use the same rationalisation to justify the destruction of fiends? "Murder disrupts the natural order of life and death" or "Temptation prevents the proper ordering of the dead in the afterlife". I don't think he likes fiends, but that he's more limited in justifying going after them to maintain his new persona.
Kelemvor would take particular issue with Orcus, the demon lord of the undead, since he believes the undead to be the ultimate upset to the natural order. In a similar fashion, he would probably be opposed to demons or fiends who create undead or use the undead in their armies, but not as much to their depredations or machinations in general. This isn't to say that he would be in favor of them, as DWHickock08 rightly points out their MO involves upsetting a balance. But since their energy is more focused on destroying each other in the Blood War, he is probably content to let them, for the most part.
Evening,
I play a Death Cleric 6 Undying Warlock 2 Protector Aasimar that is sworn to the church of Kelemvor.

Agreed, SladeTracey. The modus operandi of nearly every devil/demon involves upsetting some form of balance.
