So reading up on various gods and goddess of Faerun when I get to a bit of info from the text "Faiths and Avatars" out of 2nd Edition. It stated that Milil uses Aasimar as a sign of his Influence, implying that they just suddenly appeared when something he favored or liked was going on.
Which makes me imagine that a bard singing very well might suddenly cause an Aasimar PC to just appear out of no where looking confused themselves. Like the "State Farm" Commercials.
