Hello, we are making a new adventure group where all characters are Lawfull Good. To give them a common history we have decided that they all are member of the same organization. But when we look at organizations in Faerun, to say the least, we got owewhelmed.
Are there any good organizations for a group of Lawfull Good adventurers based in Waterdeep 1492?
Factions like the Order of the Gauntlet or Harpers would work fine. Any of the professional guilds in Waterdeep like the vintners or innkeepers guild. The city watch (city police) and the city guard (military) or the Griffon Calvery (airforce) There is the Red Sashes: a vigilante group that arrested and punished the guilty when the city watch (police) fail to do so.

The Order of the Gauntlet sounds like a perfect fit! Here's what the D&D website has to say about it: https://dnd.wizards.com/dungeons-and-dragons/story/faction/ordergauntlet
Also, Lawful Good is my favorite alignment, and it doesn't get enough love. Good for you and your party! :-)
