I've seen a lot of builds for The Luckiest Halfling. I'm trying to do something a bit different, play the party's good luck charm - alter the rolls for other party members in a way that feels memorable and impactful. There are plenty of ways to stack +1dx - Bardic Inspiration, Bless etc. but those are fairly common and don't have that "holy !@#$" reaction. I'll have plenty of personal benefit and regular buffs/healing but I'm looking for those rarer but really clutch wild reversals in the situation, especially the "after the roll but before the results" ones.
Right now I'm looking at (eventually) Halfling Gambler Grave Cleric 6, Divination Wizard 2 and Bountiful Luck, then solid Cleric from there. That'll bring allies up from 0 HP with max healing rolls, cancel a critical hit by enemies (Wis Bonus/LR) or a nat 1s by allies (1/Turn), double damage for one attack (or double critical damage for that rare Portent 20, 2/LR), plus Portent, Find Familiar for Help and Silvery Barbs.
Are there any other small dips or feats that would crank up the theme without putting me too far behind other casters?
Maybe Clockwork Soul Sorcerer for removing Advantage/Disadvantage. It scales with character level since uses/LR are based on Proficiency. It requires a 3rd stat at 13 and competes with the other Reaction abilities. When used with Find Familiar's Help, even a blind Rogue can sneak attack.
Maybe a more even split between Wizard/Cleric for Counterspell but that requires a solid Int score or a Headband Of Intellect to beat the dice rolls against higher level spells.

Sounds like you might want to sport a guardian emblem as a cleric o’ Lucky charms.
