I’d put Sir bedevere as an artificer, since he is so wise in the way of science.
Robin as probably a rogue, since he runs from a straight fight.
I could see Arthur as a devotion paladin
And the French guy on the wall at the end is a bard spamming vicious mockery. Then an intimidation check with “go away or I shall taunt you a second time.”
Not sure what you are asking, so please clarify. Are you looking for:
1) Best approximation of Holy Grail characters based on D&D classes
or
2) How to role play D&D monsters to fit a Monty Python skit
What I will say is this....if you want D&D Monty Python then just play D&D. If the players want a silly campaign then the D&D rules will allow it to succeed.

Thank you this was what I was looking for! But what about the knights who say "Ni!"?

As an aside Level 20 is much too high for a Monty Python campaign, a big part of the humour there is the incompetence of all the people involved as well as the humour in failure and randomness. So you don't actually want super high modifiers and you definitely don't want a ton of magic. Level 3-4 is probably more appropriate.
The Knights who say "Ni!" are probably Fighter x Ranger or Fighter x Druid - hence being appeased by an offering of a shrubbery.
The French soldier is definitely a lore bard using Vicious Mockery & Cutting Words.
Arthur, Lancelot, and Galahad are probably paladins, Bedevere probably an artificer, Robin's a rogue or valor bard.
1) King Arthur would be a Paladin 2) Sir Robin would be a Rogue (Should take the Medium Armor Feat) 3) Sir Bedevere would be an Artificer 4) Sir Galahad would be Cleric 5) Sir Lancelot is tricky. You might want to go Fighter with a Barbarian dip (just to get the Rage ability). 6) Tim is obviously a Wizard 7) Patsy would be a Barb 8) Sir Not-Appearing-in-this-Film is a Ranger who has access to spells and magical items that allows him to be constantly invisible or grants him advantage on checks to not being seen.
Thank you so much! I have a question about Brother Maynard though - would the Holy Hand Grenade be an infused item or eldritch cannon or just a plain magic item? Also should I dip with Order of Scribes for the lengthy speech about the Holy Hand Grenade?

Rabbit's got to have high movement speed, bite attack and a grapple on bite... maybe just reskin a T-rex and remove it's tail attack and make it Tiny instead of Huge?
I was wondering what a campaign would be like and would like some help with PCs for a lvl 20 campaign I might implement it in to. Any ideas?
Edit: Character ideas please. I would like to use no homebrew. Thanks

Brother Maynard is a monk x artificer
Not getting into subclasses:
1) King Arthur would be a Paladin
2) Sir Robin would be a Rogue (Should take the Medium Armor Feat)

4) Sir Galahad would be Cleric

Sir Not-Appearing-in-this-Film is obviously a Duergar Gloomstalker ranger
Power Word: Ni!
Any ideas for statting the rabbit of Caerbannog?
And the taunting French cnigits must be well knights with a bonus action for funny taunt.
Why am I writing this? Likes idea of a class for alchemy (I do not count artificer).
Just to annoy people, he/him
(GET ANNOYED :D!!!!)

The rabbit of Caerbannog: Vorpal bunny. Crits on a 19 or 20. Crits decapitate the target.
