Hi all, I'm looking for some clarification that didn't seem to exist in any other thread, which comes from the following statement from the PHB below:
Maneuvers. You learn three maneuvers of your choice, which are detailed under “Maneuvers” below. Many maneuvers enhance an attack in some way. You can use only one maneuver per attack.
Has it ever been clarified whether "per attack" means per attack action, or per attack within an attack action? The way I read it, is that it is per attack, so extra attacks means you can do multiple maneuvers an attack action AND you can also do maneuvers to opportunity attacks.
Once per attack, not attack action. Think of it like a kind of Divine Smite. You can smite only once per attack, but you can smite on all your attacks, on opportunity attacks, and the Blade cantrips.

Is this the correct interpretation?
