Like as a digital counterpart to the physical bundle item? I don't expect Wizards to do anything like that, but I'm sure you can find programs for it online. Also not sure what would be involved in "building" the deck.

With the addition of 44 cards, they are making it so you can create a customized deck of 22 for your Deck of Many Things, with suggestions for builds that fit certain themes or power levels.
The preorder dice has an option for cards and no cards… I cant see the cards that pop up when you roll D20 (blind and all) and there is no option to have it read it to me but my son can see them and thinks the animation is cool.
I hope there is a blind friendly way to digitally pull cards.
The DM shuffles the deck live on camera (22 or 44 cards, or whatever)
Use a random number generator to pick a number from 1 - 22 (or 1 - 44).
The DM, on camera, counts out that many cards, the last being the 'draw'
Resolve
That'll keep the number random and the DM drawing on camera will preserve integrity and chaos in a way that everyone present can trust. I'd put the cards and their order on a shared spreadsheet so everyone knows the exact order and draw before they trigger the random number generator.
From the article in Polygon about the shipping delay:
The Deck of Many Things has been available for pre-order for some time now, including from Wizards directly as both a digital and physical bundle and as a digital only product, which does not include cards or Card Reference Guide.
So, it seems there will be no digital version of the deck at all.
Is the Deck going to be implemented in any way for digital users? Like, to allow drawing cards and building decks?

I didn’t see what you did there.

I use https://www.random.org/ to do this. It's not the only one but I like it.

Roll 20 has card deck support. Might check there. Sucks if you don't already use it for games tho.
