Hey, I'm a bestselling author on the DMs Guild (Tasha's Crucible of Everything Else, Group Patrons for Waterdeep, The Draconomicon). I'm trying to decide what my next big project should be. Which of the following sound most interesting to you? Feel free to select more than one option.
Cosmonaut's Guide to Realmspace. A campaign setting-like book that describes how to run adventures on and between the planets of the Forgotten Realms. Draws on lore found in Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage and Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden.
Time of Troubles. This retelling of the Godswar gives your party a central role in finding the lost Tablets of Fate and defeating the avatars of Myrkul, Bane, and Bhaal. It takes place in the Heartlands of Faerun, about 150 years before most 5th edition adventures, and brings characters from level 5 to 13ish.
Waterdeep: Faction War. This sequel to Waterdeep: Dragon Heist is a short, replayable urban intrigue adventure that brings characters from 5th to 10th level. When mysterious events begin afflicting the city and the lines between factions start to dissolve, your party (backed by a group patron of your choosing) must intervene to save the fate of the realms.
Rise of the Dead God. This replayable planes-hopping adventure brings characters from 11th to 16th level, where they must battle archliches to foil the plots of a god thought long gone.
However, I'd be more interested in Rise of the Dead God. Something that would give my higher level characters to run is something that published adventures are lacking, and therefore of interest.

I'm like most in this thread, high level doesn't get enough love. Problem is, most groups don't play at high level. All the groups actively play at low level because balancing at high level is difficult. I'd have to imagine you see more success/sales at lower level.

I would prefer (and voted for) High Level support. But, sadly I think you may be right.
"Nobody plays at high levels! We're not gonna bother making high-level content because nobody would buy it." "Maaan...we got to level 13+, but there's nothing we can play. I guess we're done...time to pack it in and start over." "See?! Nobody ever plays to higher levels! Why bother making stuff for it!"
Go for Rise of the Dead God. The market may be narrower (why do you think every single god damned assforsaken book Wizards releases is for "1 to 12"?), but the people in that market will be desperately grateful for professional, polished content. You'll likely engender more loyalty, and potentially get people who wouldn't otherwise care more interested in your work.
Let me put it this way, if you make it a 1-13 adventure, whatever it it I'd you're going to do, you'll be competing with virtually every adventure ever created. I've got an adventure already underway and five adventure books on my shelf waiting to be run and then you've got to persuade me to run yours when there are a whole bunch of other adventures for my level 1 character concepts to play. It's like fast food - hard work for low profit because the sector is flooded with competition.
On the other hand, I, and many other people, will have a bunch on level 10-15 characters that we love but all we can do with them is homebrew our own adventures.

Considering the lack of high-level content is an oft-heard complaint - the higher level, the better.

I’d vote for Rise of the Dead God for ideas on how to run high level adventures.

High level support AND plane-hopping? Yeah I'd go with that one.

Go for the long tail. There will be more red water at lower levels. Go for the high level campaign.
