You can search up any of the source books for beasts and check to see what their cr is and what they seem to be to fit your requirements. (I think it's beasts only, but check your class descriptions and check with your DM)
You can then use the advanced filters to give constrain the results to what is available to you at your current level. That works well if you have bought content on DDB. It will also give results for statblocks that you do not own on DDB though, so it can be frustrating if you have physical books instead.
If you have physical books, then it's harder. I cannot link to most sites coming up in a search, but you might be able to find a nice list by Googling. The simplest thing is to look at the back of your Monster Manual - there is a significant collection of beasts towards the back of the book.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
What Linklite said above is correct, to find the shapes. I typically use DDB to search with filters to get the best results, but trying to remember them all is another item.
Once you find a decent list of Beasts that you want to be able to shape-change into, add them to your character sheet following these instructions:
Open your Character sheet in your web browser.
In the main bottom-right window (box), Click on the far-right option EXTRAS.
When you get to the EXTRAS screen, it should be blank (assuming you have not added anything here yet). Click on the MANAGE EXTRAS button.
When the Manage Extras fly-out appears, Click on the Choose a Catagory dropdown, then in the list select Wild Shape.
In the Filter box, enter the name of the beast you want to add to your list to remember, then Click on ADD once you see it.
This creates a list of Wild Shape options you want to use in the future, and helps you remember your options depending on what situation you want to use it for.
Enjoy your Wild Shaping!!!
Cheers!

Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty. Sing of Bahamut, the Platinum, molding the shape of the mountains and rivers; Sing too of Chromatic Tiamat, painting all over the infinite canvas. Partnered, they woke in the darkness; partnered, they labored in acts of creation.
Be aware of context. For example, there's a stat block from Acquisitions, Inc for a cat that's the normal CR for a cat, but it's immune to all damage. Why is that? Well, if you look, you'll see that the stat block is intended to represent a cat at normal size, but the party has been shrunk down to, like, GI Joe scale, if I'm remembering right. In other words, it's for a particular encounter with particular context. Don't expect your DM to allow you to turn into an impervious super-kitty.
Similarly, there's a giant crab from White Plume Mountain that's been given a magic amulet. It has an improved claw attack, is larger than normal, and has resistance to mental saving throws or something. The description for it, in the adventure, explains that this isn't normal for giant crabs, and that it's the amulet. But the amulet isn't coded as a magic item, and the stat block is just there. I don't think you can ever Wild Shape into this because the CR is too high, but high enough level Polymorph has to consider it.
This kind of thing is what really bugs me about Beyond. But I digress.

were can you find the list of animals were you can changs in
I think there isn't a list per se.

The restrictions are that it has to be a beast and then movements types and CRs according to your Druid level.
You cannset the filter to "Beasts" in DDB:
https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters?filter-type=2&filter-search=&filter-cr-min=&filter-cr-max=&filter-armor-class-min=&filter-armor-class-max=&filter-average-hp-min=&filter-average-hp-max=&filter-is-legendary=&filter-is-mythic=&filter-has-lair=&filter-partnered-content=f

Another note is it’s a beast you have seen before. It’s best to work with your DM about which ones you might have seen before the campaign started.
