How do you guys use DNDBEYOND maps for in person play? So far, I've only done a game or two around the table and players all bring their own players. I'm thinking of getting the sub for maps, but whats the best way for players to view the map and can they control their player token? I'm hoping they can see it on the IPAD while having their sheet up... But I am not sure if this would work...
When I've used it in person, everyone has had their own laptop. That way they both have access to their character sheet and the map.
Theres a spectator mode now, so I think another solution would be having one screen everyone can see with spectator mode and the DM with one screen that they control everything on.

Ah okay, that's what I was thinking too, but I was hoping the players could go on the iPad and splitscreen it. But thanks for the info!
Yeah, i dont know much about how playing with the app and maps at the same time works.
